In the heart of Chianti Classico, in the wooded hills of oaks and junipers, and halfway between the Monti village and the Brolio Castle, situated on the slopes of a gentle hill in the village of Monti in Chianti, the "I Sodi" estate is located.
The cottage was built in 1893 and the name probably derives from the fact that it was located on a stony, not cultivated and of good texture ground.
The house reflects the traditional Leopoldo architecture with the typical use of the arches and the classic dovecote tower, which offers a magnificent view to Monte Amiata.
The vineyards extend over 12 hectares, all located around the house with optimal exposure, that allows every time to obtain grapes with very consistent and always with a very good quality characteristics.
To complete the estate, 3 hectares of olive groves and the Le Trappoline farmhouse inn in Monti di Sotto located about 2 km from the farm.
The Colli del Soligo winery was founded in 1957 by the will of a group of vinegrowers, all sharing the same passion for Prosecco and their territory.
The winery is situated halfway along the "white wine road" between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene at the base of the beautiful and steep volcanic hills that reach altitudes of 300/400 meters above sea level, and only 50 km separate the winery from the wonderful Venice.
It should also be noted that a ten minute drive there is the famous wine school of Conegliano.
The winery developed in a few years and the founding members were joined by others to the current 700, with an average production of grapes, that are stabilized around 150,000 quintals per year. 65% of the conferred grapes is of Glera variety (known as Prosecco), the rest is Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet, Raboso and Pinot Nero.
The red wines are produced in the Montello area, where there is a center of harvesting of grapes and, after aging in barrels, they are bottled and marketed.
About 60% of the total production is bottled, the rest is sold in bulk in the area to meet the demands of the bottlers of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
All the wines of Soligo have a very precise identity, especially sparkling wines made from Prosecco, followed by some white and red wines that go to embellish the entire line of packaged products.
These results are the fruit of the passion and associational spirit that since 1957 has animated our members, the true heritage of the winery.
The Farm
The company owns vineyards specialized in producing Chianti Classico DOCG (designation of controlled and guaranteed origin) and Rosso Toscano IGT (Typical Geographical Indication) wines predominantly from the Sangiovese grape variety. From Chianti Classico grapes a typical grappa is produced. To complete our production, the cultivation of olive trees that allows Camporena to obtain extra virgin olive oil and Chianti Classico DOP extra virgin olive oil.
Since 2010, La Camporena farm has been producing both its wines and oils from organic farming.

The winery is based on a rich farming tradition and was founded at the beginning of the 19th century at Brazzano near Cormòns in the province of Gorizia by Luigi Zorzon, the grandfather of the present owner Giorgio DEGANIS. The familiy-run winery is situated among green hills in the heart of the Collio which offer a unique panorama, in close proximity to many historic towns including Gorizia, Grado, Trieste, Aquileia, Udine and Cividale. We currently manufacture prestigious white and red wines respecting both tradition and nature. Giorgio Deganis together with his Austrian girlfriend leads the company. The first winery was built a thousand years ago by the Canons of the Cathedral of Siena. Over the centuries, it has remained an intact testimony to the importance that wine has always had in Canonica a Cerreto. The same Bishops, who were owners and have lived in Canonica a Cerreto for three hundred years, have changed only what was essential.
In 2003, we decided also to build a new winery, now necessary, in order to achieve maximum efficiency in both winemaking and aging. If it is absolutely true that the quality of wine begins in the vineyard, it is also true that nowadays you can not do without a modern winery that offers the best hygienic conditions and goes along with the various processes that a wine needs in order to to achieve the maximum expression of a territory and of the vines that compose it.
Fermentation takes place in steel vats and aging in small oak barrels, which are normally used for about three years.
The Cecchetto winery, founded from a long family tradition that combines the cultivation of vines and wine production, is situated in Tezze di Piave, in the heart of Doc Piave area, in the province of Treviso.
The story of Giorgio Cecchetto is inextricably interwoven with that of his homeland and his most important grape variety, Raboso del Piave, a vine difficult to tame but capable of hitting with its rough character, bold, sometimes surly. Therefore, the production and the majority of corporate efforts are aimed at the enhancement of this wine, his favorite son. In this winery you can taste different tests, interpretations, versions, experiments, discussing about wood, fining, grape harvests, winemaking strategies, withering, regarding this vine of the province of Treviso traditionally prone to harshness and here interpreted according to a more modern style.
More than 1000 years of history: the most ancient document that testifies the existence of Cusona dates back to the year 994, to come to the 70s: Prince Girolamo Strozzi (founder and first president of the Consortium of Vernaccia) starts the marketing of wines in the world, which still runs with his wife Irina and his two daughters Natalia and Irina jr. In 1999, moreover, the expansion of the activity of winemaking in the Tuscan Maremma (Bolgheri, Scansano, Montemassi) and Pantelleria took place. In the Guicciardini Strozzi Estates different types of wines are produced. Among the most prestigious labels, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, already produced for the first time in the estate in the thirteenth century and recited by Dante, Michelangelo, Boccaccio, as well as drunk in the Court of the Medici, who sent it to the Pope. The company organizes and controls all stages of manufacture, production, processing and marketing, taking care of the smallest detail ineach step, in order to control the cost of production and distribution, offering in the market a product with excellent quality at competitive prices.

The company was founded by the will of Mr. Nicola who, after gaining an experience of thirty years in the field of viticulture, decided to market the products of his land using organic and biodynamic techniques for the production of his wines. The cultivation of the soil and the consequent production of the wine takes place today in the maximum respect of the old family traditions, handed down for four generations.
The tradition is combined with the best and most modern winemaking techniques that allow to get a product that is perfectly suited to conservation in the bottle, allowing the wine to keep intact its organoleptic properties.
The Matteucci company in 2003 joined the CCPB control system (Control Consortium organic production) of Bologna (EC regulation 834/07) and in 2008 the DEMETER of Parma, the only control institution of Biodynamic Agriculture in Italy. These commitments have materialized in the attainment of Compliance Certificates of international importance.
Roncal is a small estate, only 20 hectares of absolute quality. It is located in the heart of the eastern hills of Friuli, just 3 km from the Longobardic town of Cividale del Friuli, UNESCO world heritage.
It was founded from a project by Roberto Zorzettig, knowledgeable vinegrower and oenologist, who in 1986 decided to start a model company combining respect for the land, the preservation of tradition and the renewal of winemaking techniques.
Today, his wife Martina carries out his company with great dedication and enthusiasm, who has made of quality and excellence her motto.
The company’s name, Il Roncal, in Friulian language means "farmstead", located in the hills cultivated with terraces and, in effect, the "ronchi" dominate this picturesque landscape.
The "ronchi" of the vineyards surrounding the Montebello hill are favored by an excellent exposure and a soil of sandstone and marl, ideal for the cultivation of the vine.
At Roncal they harvest late, to catch the grapes in their most generous maturity. Wine is made according to traditional methods, at a controlled temperature in the cellars of the company.
A basement is dedicated to aging and fining of wine in wood barrels: barriques, tonneaux and barrels of 25 hl, with control of temperature and humidity and a ventilated place for the drying of grapes. Along with the shiny and cold steel tanks, scented oak barrels find a place, where wine matures and the flavors complement each other.
In contrast to this, so strong and at the same time pleasant, the whole philosophy that guides the estate is enclosed, where we experience innovations to improve what already exists.
The winery has been recently renovated and expanded, and is home to a new space devoted to the sale of the company’s wines. One of the two towers of the building is dedicated to moments of tasting with a striking view of the surrounding vineyards and on the ancient mansion, carefully restored, now used as a farmhouse inn.
