Azienda CAMPODELSOLE was founded by Bertinoro in 2003 thanks to the Isoldi family who, engaged in the ongoing research of a better quality of life, decided to bring in the winemaking industry the same excellence which boasts the construction industry. In this way, a new wine cellar and a new way of making and producing wine was established, that brings back the tradition joining innovation.

Calonga

Cantina Calonga - Vino e Vermouth is a winery that produces high-quality wines and vermouth. With state-of-the-art facilities and traditional methods, they carefully select the best grapes to ensure the perfect blend of flavors. Their wines are known for their rich aroma and taste, making them popular among wine enthusiasts. The winery also offers guided tours and tastings for visitors to experience their exquisite wines.

When you think of Italian bubbles from Classic Method, memory goes fastly to high–sounding names of the most suited areas. One should not forget, however, happy niches of lands of lower level, among which the Bellei production is the most important. Year after year it does not disappoint, with a proposal of respectable Classic Method sparkling wines and findings that are not obvious on the experiments of second fermentation in the bottle wanted for Lambrusco di Sorbara, positive surprises and in growth compared to previous editions.

Baraccone

The winemaking vocation of the family dates back to the beginning of the latest century but only in recent times it has become a professional activity. There are so many memories, passed down from generation to generation, related to the collection and crushing of grapes: a long story about hard work and passion for the land. A tale that often, by the will or fate, was written by women.

Azienda Agricola Baraccone owes its name to the locality of the same name, at Folignano di Ponte dell’Olio, where, at the beginning of the twentieth century, the winery that operates here was founded, as amateur for about a century, and where still today the older vineyards are located. Here, in the past, traveling carousels stopped and touring circus represented their shows ("Baraccone" in the Piacenza dialect means "carousel"). From these memories the company’s logo depicting a juggler took shape.

Ariola

The vineyards of the company rest on the first hills that overlook the fertile Po Valley, between 220 meters and 300 meters above sea level.



The quality of the soil, silty–clay, its optimum slope for good drainage and the orientation of the rows, that enjoy a sweet sun exposure, create the ideal conditions for the maturation of a healthy and scented fruit, the main secret of the great wines of Ariola.



The 70 hectares of land of the Ariola company are divided into the characteristic varieties of grapes blends of the place, white grapes of Malvasia, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, the red ones of Lambrusco, Cabernet, Merlot, Bonarda and Fortanina.



The strong personality of the grapes and the peculiarities of the production techniques give rise to a wide range of wines.

Visamoris

The story of Vis Amoris began in 2003 when Rossana Zappa and her husband Roberto Tozzi decided to buy a small vineyard of the size of slightly more than 2000 square meters, already implanted in Pigato, in the hills of Imperia in the hamlet of Caramagna. The first results were immediately so encouraging to convince them gradually to buy small plots of land in the surrounding areas, snatching them from the state of abandonment in which they had poured for too many years. Above all, Vis Amoris, the power of love, their love, that power that mitigates fatigue, follows passions and indicates the way to fulfill a dream. Currently, the only variety grown in the company is Pigato, available in two different types of wine, one of which takes the name of Sogno (Dream) and the other the name of the vineyard from which it originates.

Tenuta La Ghiaia

At the gates of the town of Sarzana, situated in the countryside and surrounded by vineyards, Tenuta La Ghiaia maintains the integrity of the original location, restored according to the canons of the ancient architectures. The vineyards are cultivated under organic management, stretch for five and a half hectares and are planted with Vermentino, Sangiovese, Merlot, Vermentino Nero, Massaretta, Albarolo and white Malvasia for wines that smell of the sea: Vermentino Atys, Rosso Undicinodi and the Vermentino Ithaa selection. A careful selection in the vineyard gives life to the production of grapes for Colli di Luni DOC wines of quality, available to buy directly in the Estate in the cozy tasting room of the winery. Moreover, extra virgin olive oil is produced.

Guests have access to five charming suites, equipped with every comfort and furnished in style and good taste. At the request of customers, a gym and guided tours of the winery and in the vineyards of the Estate are available for a full immersion of relaxation. And yet, the organization of events and special evenings make a visit to the farm a must.

Cantina Sassarini

The Natale Sassarini Winery has been, at the end of the 60s, one of the first wineries of the Cinque Terre to have an important role in the production and distribution of prestigious DOC wines of the place.

The company has become over the years a point of reference for some small vinegrowers, who confer here all their production.

The Sassarini winery produces DOC, IGT wines, Sciacchetrà and table wines. In addition to wines, it produces and supplies other products from Liguria, such as oil, salted anchovies in oil and tuna in oil, olives, capers, various sauces and vinegars.

Santa Caterina

As has happened in a widespread manner in the rest of the Colli di Luni, even in this cozy productive reality, just a stone’s throw from the old town of Sarzana, the 2008 harvest was lavish in terms of quality but scarce in terms of quantity. Andrea Kihlgren, therefore, has preferred to sacrifice either the Fontananera, a Merlot–based blend, and the selection of Vermentino Poggi Alti. In the latter case, base Vermentino takes advatage, that receives the contribution of the grapes normally intended for its older brother. We are in the house of a family of ancient winemaking tradition, it is therefore not surprising that the presence of certain varieties may appear innovative, while, instead, it has taken roots in these soils since not suspicious times. Clear examples are: Giuncro, an unusual blend of Tocai and Sauvignon, or Ghiartolo, a superb single–variety Merlot, which for years has been at the top of the company line and that this year has beaten itself.

Azienda Agricola Possa

The productive activity of the company makes use of modern technology while preserving the simplicity, in line with the tradition, which has so far characterized the workings.



The company currently owns and enjoys the availability of a set of land plots in the locality of Possaitara – Chiappella (town of Riomaggiore) that make up the more extensive plot.

While other properties, to a lesser extent, are located in the coast of Tramonti, in the locality of Schiara (municipality of La Spezia) and in other areas of the town of Riomaggiore: Bargone, Casen di Qui, Casen di Là, Val di Serra.

It continues in the winery located in the old town of Riomaggiore, partly carved into the rock, where the wine ready to bottling is preserved partly in stainless steel vats and partly in barriques.



A corner of the room has been equipped to preserve the testimonies of the rural culture, such as tools that, unchanged for centuries, have accompanied and allowed the work in the countryside and in the wine cellars.

Therefore, the bottles ready for commercialization are stored in a special air conditioned room in such a way that does not undergo sudden changes in temperature.



The business plan includes, in the coming years, many interventions in the recovery of the territory, understood as a reconstruction of the terraces collapsed where to plant new vineyards, citrus, herbs and fruit trees, and in the recovery of some cottages to be restored in their characteristic of rural productivity and to be prepared for the different objectives that the company has prearranged.

Pino Gino

It was Daniele Pino, grandfather of the current owners, to start the company after World War II, redeeming the first vineyards conducted up to that moment in sharecropping. It was, then, his son Gino to continue the work, but the wine produced at the time was just enough for serving within the inn that the family run in the village. The real activity began only in 1990 with the passage of the company to Maria Antonella Pino, who still leads it in collaboration with his brother Mauro. The link with tradition is realized by the exclusive use of the vines of the territory, with a little curiosity linked to the historic presence in the area of ​​the white Moscato.
