The Persolino winery The winery is a modernly equipped educational laboratory in which pupils, already engaged in the production of grapes, are also involved in the subsequent stages of transformation, conservation and sale. Particular attention is paid to the quality of the wines produced; for this reason, some are aged in barriques, whose precious wood essences are irreplaceable to enrich the wines with the organoleptic characteristics indispensable to improve aroma and bouquet and favor the gradual achievement of full maturity. Thanks to valentia and the constant commitment of prof. Sergio Ragazzini, coordinator of the company cellar, was born in 1978 the first "albana passita" with a limited production of 500 bottles. The experimentation continued for a long time on red berried grapes then led to the production of "L'Amabile Persolino" in 1993. New wines have been added to these, but research and experimentation continue with confidence and constancy: the goal is always and in any case accurate winemaking which, even in limited quantities, ensures a high level of quality.
The Venturini Baldini farm was founded in 1976 on a historic estate on the hills between Parma and Reggio Emilia. The hills reach an altitude of 370 meters and provide an excellent microclimate for the cultivation of vines, with the sun breaking the winter fog and cold winters that temper the summer heat. The 130-hectare estate, made up of 30 hectares of vineyards and woods and pastures, was one of the first in Emilia Romagna to obtain an organic certification.
Fattoria Ca 'Rossa has been located on the Bertinoro hills for three generations. In 1935 the vineyards and olive groves were planted by my grandfather Ugo. Ubaldo, my father built the cellar in 1960. Our land extends for 15 hectares on the Bertinoro hills. Since the 90's the company has been run by me, Massimo, and by my wife Liana Landini. Together, with passion and love, we have given a turn to the production, the image and the quality of the company both in the countryside and in the cellar: here we find the typical wines of the territory of which we respect the intrinsic characteristics using the ancient and classic production methods , which enhance the aromas and flavors, while using modern equipment and thus obtaining great products. In each sip of wine the story of a family united by the love of viticulture and their land.
“La Fattoria del Piccione” is located on the first hills of the Rimini area (150 meters above sea level) and a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea, it produces wine vinifying mainly selected grapes coming from its own vineyards (direct management), controlled and followed applying modern winemaking techniques of pest control (Reg. CEE2078/92). The composition of the soil is of medium solidity, that has always been suited to viticulture. The mirco–climate conditions are excellent, thanks to the influence of the sea.
Azienda Agricola Villa Papiano, situated in Modigliana, extends on the south slope of Mount Chioda at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level from the mountain to the bottom of the valley, to the river Ibola.
The total area is of approximately 60 hectares, of which 10 are vineyards and the remainders are divided among olive groves, arable land and forests.
The absolute peculiarity of the habitat, the fertility of the soil, the geographical location of the Tuscan–Romagna Appennine and the specificity of the vineyards prompted us to carry out an ambitious wine and of environmental recovery project.
The professionalism of the group, agronomic research united to the interest for innovation are the cornerstones of the project of Villa Papiano.
Papiano is a frontier settlement, built in the second half of the fourteenth century under the rule of the Medici family.
Villa Papiano is a small stone castle, which followingly belonged to the Papiani family, nobles of Modigliana, who in the late seventeenth century was enhanced by a village with houses and a small church at the service of the structure, becoming witness to a transformation from frontier garrison to a center of agricultural, farming and wood exploitation activities.
Even today you can breathe the air of yesteryear, as it has remained untouched by the presence of man, and dominates a large valley of fields and woods.
Located 450 meters above sea level the vineyards of the company of Francesco Lambertini, who took the baton passed to him by his father Angelo, are bred both with Guyot and spurred cordon methods, have south–west exposure and a variable age of about 30 years. Style, quality and balance are factors that distinguish the Bonzarone and Rocca di Bonacciara, an excellent expression of their terroir of origin.
The Spinetta farm covers an area of 23 hectares of vineyards, in Romagna, in the hills of Faenza.
Luciano Monti, owner of the company, has been following with care and passion the whole process of production, joined by a talented group of experts, including the oenologist Sergio Ragazzini, author of several successes achieved also with the Spinetta wines.
In addition to the typical and best known DOC/DOP and DOCG/DOP wines of Romagna (Sangiovese, Albana, Trebbiano, Cagnina, Colli di Faenza, etc.), Spinetta also cultivates the ancient native vines of the area (Centesimino and Uva Longanesi), obtaining the Centesimino and Burson wines.
The products of Spinetta can also be ordered in the company, where courtesy and professionalism are of the house and are in perfect harmony with the generous land of Romagna. The sale is also carried out at retail.
Santa Giustina farm is located in the hills over Pianello Val Tidone, on the Piacenza hills, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level.
It consists of a small village, whose oldest part dates back to the year one thousand, and the cellar of a modern building, completed in 2003. Santa Giustina is located in an area, all organically grown, with a climate characterized by extreme temperature rnges and by adequate ventilation.
The company is spread over about 100 hectares, including lands in annual crops, forests and vineyards; the property has also a private hunting reserve. An area formerly known for the vocation of the land to the production of Gutturnio.

Our farm was established in the late sixties by father Rinaldo Rinaldini, who at the time ran with the family a popular restaurant, where wine and sausages were made by hand and where the most authentic dishes of the Emilian cuisine were served.
The company section is located halfway between Reggio Emilia and Parma, at the foot of the Matildiche hills. The love for the land, the admiration and knowledge of the champenois rites grew with time, and this brought our family to be be winemakers.
Due to technique and curiosity, we decided to save ancient vines, otherwise condemned to disappear. In a few years it was proved also how, from lands and vines battered by producers and forgotten by the masters of wine culture, true miracles can come out.
Even today the activity has retained its family character. In effect, to manage the entire processing cycle, from the grapes to the bottle, there is Paola Rinaldini Melegari with her husband Marco and her son Luca. This latter, in addition, is responsible for the care of the vineyards. The cellar was derived from an ancient farmhouse of 1884 that stands at the center of the vineyards.
Poderi Morini - Vini Romagnoli is a winery that specializes in producing high-quality wines using traditional winemaking methods. Starting in 2008 with the oenologist Mariano Pancot, we have developed a new winery in the Torre locality, with technological systems that allow the realization of transformation processes of white and red grapes in wines of high quality.
Our attention, in particular, is focused on still, bubbly and sparkling white wines, where you can obtain the maximum expression of the varietal characteristics of Pignoletto, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.
For red wines, which find particular expression in the territory of Riosto, they carried out also an experiment on the native red clone that has taken the name of the Vite (centuries–old) del Fantini, that we think has a future of great interest as a still wine, as well as a sparkling and a rosé wine.
The New Winery, built in 2008/2009, is situated in the Torre locality, in a vast natural amphitheater cultivated with vines and olive trees. The structure consists of a cellar on the lower level and a spacious lounge on the top floor used for tasting.
In the basement of Villa Casalino is located, instead, an old winery that today, after a careful restoration, is used by the Galletti Franceschini family for the aging of red wines in barriques and oak barrels.
Intuition, vision and attention for the environment have allowed the Sguazzi family to immediately understand the great potential of the position and of the terroir of "I Perinelli". A testimonial of the high vocation for viticulture is the great winepress of the sixteenth century, perfectly preserved, unique for size and features, now a symbol of the company. The happy meeting with Paolo, Stefano and Massimo Perini, has combined insight with experience, technical expertise and capacity for innovation: from this combination, a collaboration that led to the creation of a vineyard of high density (8,000 plants per hectare) has been established, aimed to a production of quality, with a varietal choice dedicated to the tradition of Piacenza (Barbera and Bonarda for Gutturnio, Malvasia and Ortrugo) and the internationalization (Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Semillon, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir).
Our Company has ancient roots, as proven by a survey of the architect Valeria Poli who, going back in time through the existing manuscripts at the State Archives and of the Parish, has reconstructed its story until arriving to the Farnese Rural Appraisal of 1558 relating to the Town of Albareto. In that document we read that Jo. Francesco Mossi, born in 1516, was the head of the family, had a wife and six children, a house, livestock and "cultivated with vines lands", which are listed. Since then, fourteen generations have followed, always in Albareto, to produce grapes and wine. Located 270 meters above sea level, close to the 45th parallel, the same that passes through Bordeaux, the company produces different types of wines, sparkling wines and other products. The pride of the company, in addition to numerous major awards won, is having believed first in Ortrugo, an ancient native grape variety which was disappearing, to introduce it and launch it again successfully, so that today Ortrugo is considered, with the Gutturnio, the tip diamond in the Piacenza wine sector. We have gorgeous views from our hills, covered in vineyards, that in autumn offer an exceptional polychromy and bunches of ripe grapes ready for mashing, scents and flavors of the past, of healthy life; from these hills, now, sparkling wines depart for Italy, Europe and North America.
