La Berta

In the early seventies, Marcello Giovannini leaves the plains of Lugo in the hills of Brisighella, where with insight and passion founded Podere La Berta. Under his leadership, Podere La Berta becomes a place of innovation and experimentation on native and not grape varieties, beginning the path of quality that still characterizes the company.

In 2009, the Giovannini family left for the Poggiali family. By integrating sobriety and quality, perseverance and resourcefulness, without neglecting the passion for what they do, Giovanni, Nicolò and Domenico enhance the role of Podere La Berta, combining a careful attention to the product and the territory with their will continue to enhance the identity of Romagna, bringing its values ​​towards the future.

Stefano Ferrucci

The Ferrucci farm, founded in 1932, has approximately 15 hectares, in the middle hill, one of the enologically happiest areas of the whole Romagna.

Predestined, then, in the best way, the land of the Ferrucci could express, over the years, all its extraordinary potentialities of production only by the attention, care and passion with which the family has always dedicated itself.

The production project of the Ferrucci Farm is based on the choice of making wine from grapes exclusively from own production, as well as to encourage a better quality of constant and careful research.

The vines are pruned so as to obtain a limited amount of fruits; at withering, the newly formed clusters, if necessary, are thinned; during harvest, only the best of the crop becomes wine.

Each bottle, in the end, is like a poem that you find in its color, is read in its scent, it is interpreted with taste.

Fattoria Camerone

Fattoria Camerone, personally run by the Marabini family, is located in the hills of Romagna, an area particularly suited to wine production.

In the 60s, in Faenza, the "Ente Tutela Vini di Romagna" Consortium was founded, under the symbol of the "Passatore" (Romagna bandit). The Camerone farm joined immediately and in those years the first bottles of Sangiovese, Albana, Trebbiano were produced, with the image of the Passatore. In these forty years of activity the company has gained widespread recognition (25 Plates by the Tribuneship di Romagna, two stars in the traditional Bolaffi catalogue, medals in Pramaggiore–Asti, Oscar of Kitchen in Perugia, "Bianco più Bianco" in Gorizia). Fattoria Camerone has always stood out for its wines, which have a distinct personality, very precise, in order to preserve the virtues of character of the wines of Romagna.


Fattoria Camerone has been belonging to the Marabini family for four hundred years, and currently is represented by Giuseppe, a well–known veterinarian, who between one visit and another found the time and manner to work as a vintner with unusual passion, with the collaboration of his wife Edda and now even of their children.


In the book "Vini e Cibi di Romagna" by G. Bonacina you read: «I never understood how Giuseppe Marabini manages to do all the things he does: vinegrower, producer, winemaker, bottler, packer, conveyor for the full range of his wines in Italy and abroad, that you can find in good restaurants in New York, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Geneva, Salzburg, and other places. Moreover, in his spare time, he is also a veterinarian. But not so much doing: all the things he does, he does them well, with great skill and passion.


The farm owns, both in property and for rent, approximately 25 hectares of specialized vineyards. Everything is monitored directly and with the utmost care, from planting to pruning, harvesting, vinification of the grapes, to bottling.


We treat our wines with the utmost care, from the cultivation of the vine, according to the most modern agronomic and ecological criteria, in order to ensure a craft "nectar", but that meets the quality requirements demanded by an increasingly more attentive clientele. In addition to the D.O.C. wines of Romagna: Albana (in the dry, sweet and raisin versions), Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Pagadebit and Cagnina, Colli di Faenza Red, we produce wines of imagination with our brand, the result of blends of our precious grapes: Camerone Brut, Frizzante del Camerone, Rosé del Camerone, Bianco del Camerone, Rosso del Camerone Reserve, Cru Vigna Badilona, Millennium Reserve, and, from the best pomace of Sangiovese and Albana Raisin, we obtain Grappa del Camerone.

Cantine Intesa

The hilly area of Faenza is the center of our production. Precisely in this area, according to the characteristics of the grape variety, the soil and the exposure to the sun, the best vineyards are selected. From here, through the care and commitment of our vinegrowers, the grapes of superior quality of the Intesa Winery are obtained.

The winery, located in Modigliana, collects the best grapes from the most suited vineyards, arranged on the gentle slopes of the hills of Faenza. Equipped according to the most suitable standards, both during vinification, and especially in the process of maturation and elevation of wines, conducted in the underground wine cellar, in barrels and barriques of French oak.

Fattoria Zerbina di Maria Cristina Geminiani

On the lower slopes of the Tuscan–Romagna Appennines, through the rolling hills that connect Faenza to Tuscany, you go along the valley of Marzeno and at the village of the same name, on the right side to the south, the vineyards of our company are located, all strictly hilly and grown with saplings.

Leone Conti

Tradition, technology, but most of all creativity, a lot of creativity, are the watchwords that can summarize the characteristics of the Leone Conti wine company. And the owner makes of creativity a real reason of pride. Leone Conti was not destined, within the family, to lead the historic company founded at the beginning of the latest century. «In my opinion he had to become a notary, but then life called me to cultivate vines, grapes and to make wine. Soon, the pleasure that this activities gave to me took precedence over everything else, especially when I found out how much space there was to characterize a bottle of wine with my own personality».

An unusual story but that marks the entire production of this company placed in Faenza, in the heart of Romagna, on the slopes of the Appennine, that in a fifteen years of management by Leone Conti has achieved levels of excellence.

From a local company we have become producers appreciated throughout Italy and abroad, and our bottles are in the cards of many restaurants. A recognition that rewards what has been done so far and encourages us to continue in that activities of research and innovation for which the company stands out.

Trerè

The TRERE’ farming company was founded in the early 60s.
Valeriano Trerè had the opportunity and the desire to start an activity on his own by buying 14 hectares of land on the hills of Faenza.

Tenuta Masselina

With its 22 hectares, of which 16 are vineyards, Masselina estate represents the synthesis of one of the best terroir in Emilia Romagna, bringing together historic, human and climatic factors. This confluence is combined with a sapient management able to preserve the grapes' preciousness and the authentic value of our wines.

Costa Archi

The story of the company began in the early sixties. After a degree in agricultural science and the military service in 1995, Gabriele Succi began immediately to take care of the family land, purchasing new machinery and new vineyards.
After performing various tests of microvinification on his own to select the best vineyards, Gabriele began making wine and marketing some of its products from the 2004 harvest.
To date, the company occupies two buildings, for a total of thirteen hectares fully planted with vines. All the grapes for wine–making are harvested by hand, the entire company is grown in harmony with nature by following the specifications of integrated pest management.

Ca' di Sopra

Azienda Agricola Bragagni

Born in '98, the Bragagni company is located in the area upstream of the ancient medieval village of Brisighella, in the hamlet of Fognano. Extending over an area of 25 hectares, at an altitude of 350 m asl, the company is set in a valley that preserves the scenic suggestion of unspoiled nature. Its vineyards have their roots in a medium-textured sandy soil, facing north-east. The wines that are born there are the result of the patient work done in the vineyard during the year, of a selected production with a yield of 40-50 quintals per hectare, of the choice to favor the quality of the product, respecting the typicality of the grapes and of the territory.

Paolo Babini cultivates his grapes biodynamically, in an area bordering vast forests and steep cliffs.
