Le Coste farm is located in the small town of Col San Martino in the heart of the production area of the Prosecco DOCG. In the company, family–run, the tecniques of cultivation of the Glera variety, and of the following winemaking, have been handed down from father to son since the beginning of the twentieth century. The cultivation takes place only in the hills and requires almost exclusively manual cultivation and work in the vineyard.
«Wine must have the taste and smell of the grape of which it is made». No grape blends, no barrels, no techniques that would make the product less typical.
We produce in our winery, in our crusher and in our distillery, wine, oil and grappa using only raw material we produce in our farm, according to the sacred principle that «it is not being good to transform that makes the quality of a product, but always and only use raw materials of excellent quality».
Azienda Agricola Gabutti vinifies independently the grapes produced in its owned vineyards. It owes its name from one of the most suited areas for the production of Barolo: the Gabutti the area, already classified as a high quality sub–zone.
Through the reduction in yield, the timeliness of operations in green and a proper assessment of the harvest period, grapes able to offer great wines for aging are produced.
The Antiqua Vinea company is included in the thousands realities, large and small, which throng the wine routes along the lush valleys and on the fertile hills of the province of Avellino, the old Irpinia.
The cult of tradition, the protection of genuineness and the ambition to improve quality and goodness of the product characterize the complex pathway leading to the commercialization of selected wines by Antiqua Vinea. It is a path that requires strict control of the grapes that are used for the production of wines.
Taurasi DOCG, Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Greco di Tufo DOCG and Aglianico Campania IGT:
all in order to ensure consumer satisfaction (providing a complete and highly qualified service to companies operating in the industry, such as restaurants, wine shops, wine bars, etc...) and then business achievement.
It establishes commercial relationships based on direct sales and brokerage, recognizing, in this second case, to the promoter of the occurred sale, 10% (ten percent) on the concluded and successful deal, net of tax. It searches for sellers throughout Italy.
The company was founded in 1981 by the owners Lucio Canestrari and his wife, Fiorella De Nardo, who work directly in the management of their vineyard and their winery. Pioneers of Verdicchio of quality, they have helped to redeem the image of cheap pizzeria wine spread in the 60s and 70s. The company currently is composed of three bodies, for a total surface of 17.5 hectares, with 9.5 hectares of vineyard in the Register of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico and a production of about 50,000 bottles. All the wine produced comes from grapes grown by us, and all is Verdicchio Classico Superiore type; “Classico” means that the vineyard is located in the area of oldest tradition, “Superiore” that the vineyard has produced less than 11 tons of grapes per hectare.
In Negrar, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, on the little hill of Vigolo, the Vogadori Brothers company is located, a family winery. Alberto, Gaetano and Emanuele work in the vineyards to obtain great wines from their rich land.
Valpolicella, Ripasso, Recioto, Amarone and Raffaello are appreciated worldwide and now considered among the most famous Italian wines. The passion for the land has been passed down generation after generation: to get a great wine you have to start from the vineyard. Therefore, the decision to avoid chemical treatments on the vines, to use only natural fertilizers and to thin out the bunches when they are still green, to allow vines to achieve the highest quality. To safeguard the environment, The Vodagori Brothers have also decided to use only lighter glass bottles and to produce through the photovoltaic panels all the energy used in the company. The maximum respect for the environment is an essential ingredient for the quality of the wines.
The ideal location of the vineyards has also facilitated the achievement of a remarkable quality: the little hill of Vigolo with exposure to the South produces excellent grapes for Amarone. In effect, with a grape of first choice, you can achieve fine wines and the usage of natural yeasts contained in grapes allows to obtain really typical and traditional wines.
No family traditions nor business choices matured aound a table. The history of Cascina Zoina is a story of passion, a passion born almost by accident, with the occasion of buying a small plot of land planted with vines in the hills of Mezzomerico, and what started in 1999 as a simple hobby for the production of good table wine, over time has evolved in the current three hectares of vineyard entered in the designation of origin of the Novara Hills.
The winery, in which winemaking and aging take place, was deliberately built very close to the stables where horses are accommodated, the other great passion of ours, Not surprisingly, wines are named after it.
Quality wines that the company is constantly seeking to improve, year after year, harvest after harvest, following the work in the vineyard and in the winery. Because to do things right you need passion.
A passion that is also a commitment to transfer in wines the unique imprint of the grapes of the area, in a unique combination of flavors and aromas that can transmit strongly that identity of the Novara hills of which every single bottle intends to be the expression.
The Madonnabruna farm cultivates its own vineyards in the rolling hills of Fermo, near the Adriatic Sea in the Marche region, at an altitude ranging between 100 and 300 meters. Sea breezes that caress the vines, the mild climate and fertile soils make our hills ideal for the cultivation of the vine.
The rows are bred with the technique of spurred cordon and production is limited by a careful thinning of the fruits. All lands of the company are cultivated according to the methods of production with low environmental impact.
In the company they cultivate mostly Montepulciano and Sangiovese that are history of the oenology of these lands. Next to them, recently, small plots of land have been introduced with some of the best international grape varieties, such as Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon wines, in order to achieve innovative but always of the highest quality wines. Wine is made according to the most modern techniques and making great use of the cold. Much attention also is paid to the stages of maturation of the wines that, for red wines, takes place in oak barrels in a basement room at a constant and controlled temperature.

Azienda Facchin is a flagship company in the Euganean Hills. It is a reality in constant search of new methodologies that help it to improve its products, grown to reach an excellent standard. The estate covers 25 hectares, of which about 23 are planted with vines – with a cultivation careful to environmental sustainability – and the others are planted with olive trees. The vineyards are situated along the south–west side of the Euganean Hills, a very favorable to viticulture place, thanks to its volcanic soils rich in limestone, marl and trachytic veins.
The Torre Zecchei farm is located along the Wine Route, surrounded by the green of the vineyards that cover the area of Valdobbiadene. The estate was founded by the over twenty years old experience in the wine world of Eli Spagnol, a farmer who, with the help of his wife, his daughters and son–in–law founded in 2006 this brand new, pointing only to the quality of its products. Here, we find all the passion and love that Eli feels for the land and for his work.

Tre Secoli winery was founded from the merger of two wine cooperatives of Piedmont: the Cooperative Winery of Mombaruzzo, founded in 1887 as the first membership reality of Piedmont, and the Cooperative Winery of Ricaldone, with 60 years of history behind it.
The numbers of this new reality are really important:

more than 450 vinegrowers members
These numbers make Tre Secoli winery the largest producer of wine from Piedmont of Moscato d’Asti and Brachetto d’Acqui and among the first ones of Barbera d’Asti. Over 90% of the production is DOC and DOCG.
That of Frescobaldi was one of the most important Florentine families in the political, economic and social history of the city of Florence.
Once in the city, perhaps from Val di Pesa, around the thirteenth century (although some sources indicate possible urban origins), they gave themselves successfully to the merchandise and to banking activities, like other illustrious families. Their main activities were the production and trade of wool, bank lending and, earlier than other families, agriculture in their vast estates in the country. The first news of the wine–growing activity of the Frescobaldi family dates back to 1308; a curiosity in regard to a document that records an exchange in nature (works of art for wine) with Michelangelo Buonarroti. In addition, Vittorio degli Albizzi, brother–in–law of the Frescobaldi for the marriage of his sister Leonia with Angiolo Frescobaldi, was among the first to test in the Frescobaldi estates modern methods of wine production, with the addition in 1855 of Chardonnay, Cabernet and Merlot grape varieties in Tuscany.
With the goal of being the most prestigious Tuscan wine producer, Frescobaldi firmly believes in respecting the territory, focuses on the excellence of its own grapes, and invests in communication and professionalism of human resources.
Currently, Marchesi de Frescobaldi is one of the largest producers of Italian wine of quality, has the largest extent of vineyards in Tuscany, with 1,200 hectares and five farms, all located in areas particularly suited and dedicated to the production of fine DOCG, DOC and IGT wines: from the Chianti area to that of Pomino DOC, from Montalcino to Maremma, from Mugello to the province of Livorno. Estates of property and beautiful vineyards, where perfect knowledge of the environment and the control of raw materials allow Frescobaldi to ensure constant quality and the strong personality of its wines.
Along the road that from Asti goes up to the lands of Casale, the Monferrato hills are more sweet than elsewhere and landscape a scenery that alternates vineyards, woods and orchards.
When we go down into the valley, vines and fruit trees give way to green meadows and fields, limited by neat rows of poplars and willows. In Cioccaro di Penango, a big farmhouse emerges among the trees on a hill surrounded by vineyards: La Fiammenga, the farm that the entrepreneur Vittorio Radicioni from Turin has acquired a few years ago to give a reason to his great passion.
An eighteenth–century building, resting on the hillside facing south: all around the vines form a spectacular amphitheater. Perhaps it is the same landscape that struck the mysterious Flemish man who gave the name to the estate. The ancient vaulted winery, with exposed natural bricks and old floors, is evidence of a winemaking vocation that comes from afar. To this vocation, in the careful renovation, the spaces of other rural activities, such as stables
and barns, were converted into spaces for vinification, bottling, packaging.
The most important works were carried out in the vineyards, where the choice of producing quality led to the rationalization of the oldest plants and to the pursuit of a selection of grape varieties in the new plants. At the same time, in the winery facilities were renovated in a program of systematic review of the entire production process.
Today La Fiammenga, practically reconstituted, ownes over 30 hectares of land, most of which are planted with vines. The classic grape varieties of Monferrato: Barbera, Grignolino and Freisa, have gradually been joined by other fine varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
The production started in the 2001 vintage, when Grignolino d’Asti and Barbera d’Asti were produced. Every year since then, production has been enriched with new proposals. All wines are made from vineyards grown on the estate, with manual harvesting with a careful selection of ripe grapes for a result of maximum quality.

The company, founded in 2004, is located in the very beautiful Galluccio; spread over fifteen hectares of vineyards of disparate varieties, since 2007 it has been producing excellent IGT and DOC wines. The art of winemaking, as it is known, requires great dedication, passion, industriousness and competence in every passage, ranging from growing, to pruning, to processing. Land and vineyards are not enough, there must be good exposure of the vineyards, good features of facilities and special processing methods. The quality of products is the first step of a production process, the fruit of often jealously guarded knowledge.
It is also possible to stay at the "Le Vigne Country House", a structure adjacent to the wine cellar, living in close contact with now forgotten flavors and traditions, but with all the amenities. Many are the activities in which you can participate in first person, from cooking classes and wine tasting, to food and wine journeys, to excursions in the nature, to visits in wineries. In short, a holiday in contact with nature and in the name of good food and good San Teodoro wine. The restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday for lunch, and reservation is recommended, for the other days the restaurant is open by reservation only.
One of the double rooms is located in the winery: its furniture is minded to the smallest details with the sole purpose of recreating and respecting the character of these places. Chestnut beams, tiles, Impruneta terracotta, rustic furniture and wrought iron are the elements of an elegant and rustic furnishing, without forgetting the comfort of the sofas and orthopedic beds of all the available rooms.
