Casale dello Sparviero, situated in the splendid scenery of the hills of Castellina in Chianti, in the area of the Chianti Classico of Siena, covers 380 hectares. Dating back to the seventeenth century, it was named after hawks birds and houses offices and aging cellars where wines continue their valuable evolution in large oak barrels and modern French barriques. The vineyards, located at an altitude of 250 meters, is surrounded by woods and a beautiful undergrowth of natural vegetation.
