On the 180 hectares that make up the company vines, olives and cereals are grown.

The vineyards of the company are composed of 28.50 hectares registered in the Chianti Classico roll, 5.91 hectares registered in the Chianti Colli Senesi roll, 9 hectares of Rosso Toscano IGT and 2 hectares registered in the Vin Santo of Chianti Classico roll.

The company has also 3.50 hectares of olive groves composed mainly of Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio grape varieties. The rest of the company consists of 25 hectares of coppice, 100 hectares of arable land of which 20 hectares on the territory of Chianti Classico. The wine is produced exclusively from the company’s vineyards, vinified in a modern winery in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, and aged in the wine cellar where they are placed completely underground where casks and barriques are placed.

In addition to the Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. the company produces a red Tuscan IGT Commendator Enrico, Vin Santo of Chianti Classico DOC and extra virgin olive oil.
