Since 1955, Alta Padovana Winery has been located north of Padua, in an area with a long tradition of viticulture dating back to the Roman Empire. In the new production seat of the Alta Padovana Winery there are effective and advanced technologies that have allowed it to obtain the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Technological innovation has not altered the genuineness of the wine of the company, because the traditional methods of viticulture and treatment of grapes are still employed, in full compliance with sanitary regulations. In the store of the seat, or at a retail store, you can buy all types of wine produced by the Alta Padovana Winery. Table wines are available in bulk through self–service. There is no shortage of bottles of other DOC and DOCG wines.
In the early twentieth century Sante Beccaro begins his activity of harvester, in a farm located in Teolo at the foot of Monte Grande in the Regional Park of the Euganean Hills. The estate was subsequently conducted with his son Meridio. The culture was then mixed, with cherries, peaches, strawberries. In 1982, Gianfranco and Riccardo Beccaro, with the experience accumulated in the long activity of the whole family, decided to cultivate the entire farm, which had been enlarged to 7 hectares, only with vines, diversifying among the variety of DOC and IGT grapes. Thanks to centuries–old oak trees in the park, the company is called "Le Querce".
The company, founded in 1922, is located in Roncadelle, in the heart of Treviso, near the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Sergio Nardin has transmitted his experience and the passion for vinegrowing to his sons Paolo, winemaker, who follows the production, and Pietro, who coordinates the commercial aspect. The wines offered by BORGO MOLINO Vigne & Vini come from the management of more than 100 hectares of vineyards. The land of our estates in the Treviso region are characterized by a particular composition of the subsoil which makes them suited to the production of white and red wines, known for their fragrance and harmony. The wine cellar, a modern structure, is equipped with the best technology for the production of wines, in order to preserve and enhance the characteristics of the grapes, to offer a product of high quality.
The Colognola ai Colli Cooperative Winery collects and processes the grapes conferred by partners in a modern production center. The company now consists of 800 vinegrowers and covers an area of 2,500 hectares belonging to the prestigious Soave and Valpolicella Designation of Origin. The vinification is carried out in an ultra–modern center for collection and production, takes place in specialized departments through the most sophisticated technological equipment. The capacity of the winery is of over 400,000 hectoliters; modern vats and tanks guard a quality product and ensure its perfect preservation. The winemaking technology and science are combined with the quality and genuineness of the product in a harmonious blend of fragrances and flavors, thanks to the expert work of our growers and the generosity of our hills.
Le Colture Farm is situated in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, in the very heart of the green and wavy hills of Prosecco. Since the sixteenth century it has been run by the Ruggeri family. All this has given rise to an extraordinary heritage of experience, large and small production secrets, as well as the knowledge of the land and its grape varieties. The external appearance is of a traditional company, with the central farmhouse surrounded by the winery, while, inside, everything is modern and updated with the most sophisticated technological equipment. Taking advantage of this technology with intelligence, wine and sparkling wine, in particular, are more responsive to tradition and respectful of genuineness.
Col Sandago is the name of the hill where you can find the most beautiful vineyards of Martino Zanetti, who had the merit of maintaining and developing the cultivation of an Ampelographic rarity like the Wildbacher: a red grape variety come hither some centuries ago from Styria, a wine–growing region of Austria. In the hills of the estate, next to the delicate Prosecco, great reds such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot found space. From the passion and experience in the cultivation of these grapes come: the great Cru Case Bianche, Vigna del Cuc, Brusol and Prosecco Extra Dry and the fine wines Col Sandago, Wildbacher, Camoi and Passito.
Among the green hills that run between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, Farra di Soligo is located, which is home to Villa Maria, the farm of the Bevacqua di Panigai family, which since 1775 has been cultivating vines with passion and produces with success still and sparkling wines of high quality. Right on the sunny side of a beautiful hill, the villa stands, overlooking the vineyards owned by company. Among these vine rows, father and children follow the production of the precious grapes that, masterfully transformed into wine, are put in bottles. Not only Prosecco, which remains the undisputed lord of these hills, is enclosed in a bottle, but every wine offered by Villa Maria is the result of a careful research and passion that distinguishes the Bevacqua di Panigai family.
La Marca Vini e Spumanti is a winery that specializes in producing high-quality wines and sparkling wines. The winery was founded in 1949 by Giuliano Bortolomiol but the family tradition dates back to the eighteenth century and to the vineyards of the ancestor Bartolomeo. Graduated at the School of Enology of Conegliano, Giuliano has always wanted, as a personal mission, to honor and merit of Prosecco; he was, in effect, one of the founders of the Prosecco Confraternity and one of the promoters of the Sparkling Wine National Exhibition. Master the application of the Charmat method, Giuliano Bortolomiol was the first to realize Prosecco Brut. Today, the same spirit of research is driving his wife Ottavia and his daughters Maria Elena, Elvira, Luisa and Giuliana: technology, the highest quality, great importance are given to communication, even through guided tastings in the winery of Valdobbiadene.
Mionetto was founded in 1887 in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area. For over 120 years it has been producing sparkling wines and frizzante wines. Among its main proposals, Cartizze DOCG, Valdobbiadene DOCG Spumante and Frizzante, Vintage Brut Rive di San Pietro di Barbozza, Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry and Brut. Tied to traditional values, but always focused on innovation and on the demands of the market, Mionetto presents itself as a dynamic company. Also present on the foreign market, in particular Germany and Switzerland, as well as in the United States, where for the 2nd year it won the Hot Brand Award, the title assigned by the business magazine Market Watch to those brands that over the past five years have experienced in the American market a two–digit growth, and in South America. Numerous are the awards won by the proposals of the historic winery in major national and international wine competitions such as IWSC in London, Decanter, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Vinitaly, as well as citations in the most prestigious Wine Guides. The secret behind this success is the winemaking wisdom of Mionetto, as well as the link with tradition combined with the innovative character that distinguishes it in the market.
The winemaking activity of the Collalto family, which began in the Middle Ages within the walls of the San Salvatore Castle, has never been interrupted. In 1904, in order to adapt to the new requirements of the oenological science as well as to more modern and practical architectural criteria, Count Ottaviano Antonio Collalto built right in the center of Susegana a specific and airy structure which still houses the winery, offices and some housing, stables, agricultural machinery and farming equipment and was carried out by the young engineer Carpené Malvolti.
More than a hundred years later, the winery maintains its original architecture, whose appearance is characterized by the recognizable corporate colors of the houses of Collalto: yellow ocher walls adorned with the characteristic red burgundy bands. The internal structure of the building, where all the operations for the production of Conte Collalto wines are implemented, has recently undergone a prudent modernization to bring it to the highest standards of wine making, with vinification plants of absolute modernity.
The vineyards of the Collalto Winery currently produce around 850,000 bottles, of which 550,000 of Prosecco.
Conte Collalto works in his wine cellar only grapes of property and follows the entire production chain. In effect, every grape produced in the properties of Isabella Collalto is vinified in the ancient winery of Susegana and comes out exclusively under the Collalto brand, recognized for years for its quality and seriousness.
Masottina is a family-run winery that produces high-quality wines using sustainable practices. They focus on expressing the unique characteristics of their grapes and terroir through traditional winemaking methods. Their passion for winemaking is reflected in the attention to detail and innovation they bring to every bottle.
The story of Marsuret is that of a family which has always been rooted in wine production in Valdobbiadene, whose single project and action derive from a great respect for nature and tradition.
It was founded between the two world wars, when grandfather Agostino Marsura buys a vineyard site in the locality of Val de Cune in Guia di Valdobbiadene and begins to produce the first sparkling wine with natural fermentation in the bottle. The company continued to increase, passing the reins to Giovanni, who following the way of quality production has devoted himself, and still does, to the care of vineyards with handmade harvest and to the selection of the grapes used for making wine.
In 1980, the sons of Giovanni, Valter and Ermes, succeed: the evolution continues with the new generation through the adoption of new production techniques and research to ensure consumers a flawless product in all respects.
Marsuret has been awarded with numerous recognitions for its wines, especially in the categores of Sparkling Prosecco and Superiore di Cartizze.
AZIENDA AGRICOLA MASS BIANCHET has taken this name about twenty years ago, since it acquired purely winemaking characteristics, particularly in the production and vinification of Prosecco.
The production of wine prior to this period has not the current specialization, as the company also took care of other agricultural activities.
The real protagonist of this evolution is the current owner, Mr. LORENZO Miotto.
The restructuring involved both the vineyards and the cellar, retaining the features of Prosecco unchanged and at the same time improving quality.
