The Catabbo company was born in 1990, when Vincenzo Catabbo succeeds in realizing his dream of dedicating himself to viticulture and the production of wine. In this way, with passion and innovated knowledge he starts planting vines, all in rigorous rows. In the year 2004, thanks to the predisposition of his three children, Sara, Carla and Pasquale, he decides to make a change in his company by creating a modern cellar for the wine making of his own grapes.
The wine cellar of the grandparents was founded in 2011 in Catelcivita, and collects a family tradition and a great passion for the land and for wine. The grapes that are used for the production come exclusively from vineyards owned, and the stages of the preparation of wine are followed carefully and in detail. The company’s philosophy is to produce quality wine that represents the excellence of the Cilento wine.
Dell'Aquila's farm, a Cirò Doc' small reality, raises property vineyards widespreading
in a 5 hectares' area, with the vineyards plant breeding of short vines.
It yelds wine only from vines coming from own vineyards with autochthonous vines
like “Gaglioppo” and “Greco”.
Dell'Aquila's family has always dedicated to the farming of vines, inheriting from
fathers inclination and ability, but always looking at the future.
Since a few years it has decided to bottle creating three kinds of wine: red
Salvogaro, white Frandina and rosé Rosémanno.
The Chimento farm owns more than 15 hectares of vineyards cultivated with respect for tradition. The love for life, passion for the job, the predilection for quality, the dedication to the land and the entrepreneurial spirit are the points of strength of this company that offers a collection of quality wines.
The production finds its strength in the use of Calabria native grapes, without forgetting the support of some international varieties.
Tenuta Le Quinte is located in the Montecompatri district named "Le Marmorelle", in the heart of the Roman Castles and are of very old viticulture and wine making tradition. Cicero used to call it "the area which makes the wine Ron.e drinks". The vineyards, all duly registered, find in an excellent sunny exposure and are planted in the position of light sloped ground mainly of volcanic origin. The Firm is dominated by the old country family house dating back to '600, built on the ancient Roman Caligola villa foundations.
The wines produced by the company enclose their area of origin, the Marche region, and each of them has its own personality and describes the commitment and dedication that the company’s staff puts in working the land and the grapes.
Fonterenza is seat of a biodynamic farming estate, led by Francesca and Margherita Padovani.
Azienda Agricola Campi di Fonterenza was founded by the passion of two sisters to these places and to the land.
The wines produced are authentic and aromatic, and are improving year after year.
The company is located in the eastern part of the island, in the hills behind the bay of Porto Azzurro.
It has an area of 9 hectares, within the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago. In addition to wine production, excellent, the company also boasts the production of extra–virgin olive oil.
