For over three generations, continuing the wise experience handed down by Nonno Francesco and Papa Angelo, our company has been producing grapes from the autochthonous vineyards owned in the heart of Salento. The company is located in the province of Taranto, in the municipality of Torricella, a typical area of the Primitivo di Manduria, about 3 km from the Ionian Sea, in the "Li Cameli" and "Li Janni" districts, from which our best are named. wines. The company has a total area of about 20 hectares, and produces exclusively Primitivo di Manduria. The vines, mainly cultivated with “Apulian saplingâ€, grow on medium-clayey soils and on “red earth†soils, benefit from the sun and a mild and breezy climate; these elements, alone, already favor the production of grapes of the highest quality and important gradations. In addition to the earth and the climate, together with my brothers Francesco and Valentino, we personally take care of the cultivation of the vineyards which is carried out with modern techniques, but with the utmost attention to ecological and biological balances, and with great respect for the environment and for plants. The work in the vineyard is meticulous: after the careful pruning phase, in good time, the bunches are thinned and exposed to the sun to have a selected maximum production of 50-60 quintals per hectare. The harvest is done by hand, with care and delicacy, and with a further meticulous selection of the best bunches. Fermentation, vinification and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks, at a thermo-controlled temperature, and the aging takes place in the bottle for at least six months. Erminio Campa
Tenuta Guardian produces quality wines and sparkling wines starting from grapes from its own hillside vineyards where the vine is grown with skill and experience handed down over generations.
The vineyards of the "Zöhlhof" are cultivated according to biological principles. The Zöhlhof and its vineyards are located on a "ridge" on the west side of the Isarco Valley and every morning they see the sun rise at about 600 meters above sea level. The soft and permeable earth is composed of a mixture of sand, gravel and “Klausit†and gives life to the wines: AURUM This Cuvee combines the traditional whites of the typical Isarco Valley vineyards: Mueller-Thurgau, Sylvaner and Gewürztraminer. The vinification takes place by classic fermentation of white wine in first choice steel barrels. The white wine is delicate and presents itself in its green-yellow color and recalls a bouquet of wild roses together with a note of muscat and the scent of fresh hay. The taste is full, rich, sparkling with a hint of pleasant freshness. Aurum is ideal as an aperitif and a perfect companion for delicate South Tyrolean cuisine. EISACKTALER GEWÃœRZTRAMINER The Gewürztraminer turns out to be green-yellow with reddish reflections. Its flavor is pronounced in character and the scent clearly recalls wild roses, dried fruit, muscat and other noble spices. It is ideal for an aperitif and remains the perfect companion for appetizers, first courses and any dish of both European and Oriental cuisine. zSYLVANER Sylvaner is a pleasantly crisp white wine. The color is light yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is fresh and fruity and reminiscent of freshly cut grass. The flavor has hints of gooseberry and peach. Sylvaner is ideal as an aperitif or served with asparagus and fish dishes. Serving temperature: 10-12 ° C. REGIUS The Regius is made from the Portuguese Blue vineyard. This bright cherry red wine after fermentation is left to rest in large wooden barrels to refine its quality. The aroma recalls the tender perfume of violets; the taste is fruity and refreshing with soft tannin sounds. Due to its light type, it is well suited to tagliatelle, white meats, delicate cheeses and the typical “South Tyrolean cutting boardsâ€.
The DONNA CATERINA farm was born and consolidated in the area between the Piave river and the hills of Conegliano. Located in Vazzola, a flat and fertile land, suited to viticulture, the company is affected by the strong territoriality and ancient traditions that still survive. From this reality, over the course of several generations, a product rich in history and passion was born. The wines derive exclusively from land worked directly by the company by qualified and expert winemakers. The vine is cultivated with care and dedication, confident that the best results do not derive from intensive practice but from an important evaluation of that delicate balance that exists between plant, soil and climate. The goal is the search for the ideal balance in the field that results in an important wine, strong in the harmony of its aromas and flavors. To this day this mentality is still alive, training, agronomic knowledge and oenological innovations are fundamental requisites to obtain the excellent level of quality of one's wines. Father and son, both oenologists, trained and graduated from the Conegliano oenological school, the most renowned and prestigious in Italy. Even the winery of the company is always ready to innovate technologically, investing in the latest generation of winemaking machinery and recently starting a structural adjustment of the plant. A necessary step given the production growth of the company that takes place gradually and measured with an eye always turned to the origins.
The new winery comes to life in 2002 in the heart of the DOC and DOCG Venetian production, from the necessity of the cellar master Vittorino Valent to find a personal reality, free and fertile, in order to express his viticultural and winemaking experience at the highest levels. A man who has always believed strongly in his land and in the close contact between man and nature.
A bond rooted in his childhood and living in his insights. His vocation is clear, decisive and carnal, is to want to bring back traditional flavours in a modern dimension that can push and inspire new and old generations to the curiosity and the deepening of their territory. Intentions and ideals that he shares with satisfaction and great harmony with his two sons Daniele and Roberto.
We thought it was important to respect the career of our plants. Our vineyards are restored by qualified operators, not just replaced. A journey that lasts a lifetime. A breeding method that produces much less grapes per plant but ensures a more rich in sugar and extracts raw material and a structured high–quality final product.

We are five friends from Maser with a fixed idea in our head. To promote and raise awareness around the world of our magnificent territory. We gave birth to two companies, the Maser Emotions and the "I 5inque" farm for the enhancement of one of the main products of Maser: Prosecco. Rigoni Sala is a 20–hectare vineyard that extends into the area of Typical Geographcal Indication between river Piave and the Lison–Pramaggiore area on the border between Veneto and Friuli.
The seat is in Via Palù, 20, in Chiarano (TV), since 1966 the company with its own staff has dedicated itself with passion and professionalism to the production of wine, combining its equipment of modern technology with local traditions.
Characterize the business: a careful vineyard management, the scrupulous harvest and the subsequent transformation into wine with high quality results, well consolidating its market and loyal customers to which it comes with five stores in Veneto, Lombardy and Piedmont.
The Company has initiated a project of zoning that will allow to replant in each vineyard the best suited to the ecosystem of the area grape varieties.
Azienda Agricola Castelmontioni of Cinelli Eugenio, production of wines and sparkling wines of Oltrepò Pavese such as Brut and Extra Brut classic method vintage, and of the Verona area such as Bardolino classic and the awarded PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Azienda Agricola Valentina Cubi is located near the city of Verona, in the hills of Valpolicella. The business, of family ownership, is run by the owner that gives it her name, Valentina Cubi, and consists of 13 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and orchards. The vineyards are in conversion towards organic farming and produce the raw materials for the manufacture of authentic Valpolicella, Amarone and Recioto: wines based on the native grape Corvina.
The Azienda Agricola San Giuseppe was born in 1989 from the passion for wine and the territory of origin of Giovanni Battistella, a former building contractor, who believed in the potential of Prosecco and in the possibility of making its way into the Italian wine scene and beyond. For about 5 years he has entered the company management, but it is as if he had always been there, his son Carlo, a graduate in Viticulture and Oenology, who followed in his father's footsteps, representing in fact the present and the future of the business familiar. Since the introduction of the DOC in 1969, the historical production area has remained limited to 15 municipalities. Two of these give it its name: Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, one the cultural capital and the other productive heart. The hills extend from east to west, so they have a slope facing south, where the vineyards enjoy the best sun exposure, and a slope facing north, usually occupied by woods. The altitude varies from 100 to 500 m and guarantees the temperature range by causing the aromas to develop. The hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco have been nominated by the Italian National Commission for UNESCO to enter the list of World Heritage Sites. The territory of Conegliano Valdobbiadene represents a cultural landscape of unique value, an expression of manual work and of the ancient sparkling wine tradition.
Borgo Antico is a family owned winery in the hills of Conegliano Veneto, a land of moraine origin and rich in clay that has always been devoted to the cultivation of vines and that gives wines delicate scents and particularly determined aromas.
The adventure begins in 1973, when Mr. Marchesin Vito decides to produce local wines, involving the whole family and especially his son Leonardo who, as a child, accompanies him into the vineyard taking in the atmosphere and learning the secrets of a fascinating work, initiating that learning which will lead Leonardo to become winemaker. In 1995 he takes over the reins of the company, which now has 15 hectares of land and produces 70,000 bottles a year. The most widely planted variety, ie 80% of the total production, is represented by the CONEGLIANO–VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG, and by some native varieties such as Marzemino and Verdiso, while the rest is represented by Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay.
Our is a winery that vinifies only grapes of own production and of our own bestowers, these latter carefully selected and followed in the vineyard. The attention starts from the plant with a respectful approach in choosing not to use herbicides and to minimize the use of chemicals. The grape harvest done by hand in boxes certainly adds value and quality to the final product. All this is nationally recognized with awards such as the Vinitaly award (bronze medal with the sparkling wine Prosecco DOC Conegliano–Valdobbiadene 2008), numerous reviews in industry magazines such as “Grandi Spumanti Italiani”, “I Grandi Vini” – “Guida Bollicine” e by the “Gambero Rosso” guide, awarded as Italian Sparkling Wine with the best value for money. To mention are numerous awards at regional and local levels.
The company, founded in 2002, is the result of a passion for wine and in general for the world of wine, of two businessmen, Enrico Giacomelli and Claudio Gabellini, owners and managers of a major enterprise of Information Technology with main base in Senigallia: Namirial S.p.A., which operates in the sector of the software and technology services production (www.namirial.com).
Conti di Buscareto company owns more than 100 hectares of cultivated area, including 70 dedicated to vineyards.
These latter are equally divided into three groups:
–Verdicchio, located on the heights of Arcevia;
–Lacrima Nera, present in the ancient Contrada Sant’Amico of Morro d’Alba;
–a variety of vines, national (Montepulciano and Sangiovese) and international (Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot) located in the estates of Monte San Vito and Camerata Picena.
From the olive groves present in the estates of Cartoceto and Monte San Vito two varieties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil of high quality are also obtained: the first is more decisive and fruity, the second is more delicate and light.
The entire production process of the products is performed directly by the company, from the management of the vineyards, to the grape harvest, to processing in the wine cellar, to the final preparation of the wines and their bottling. Wine production, in its various expressions, has increased exponentially in recent years (from 30,000 bottles of 2003 we reached 250,000 in 2012).
Endrizzi is, first of all, a family.
From this family the suggestions of a winery that produces wine according to the dictates of time and in respect of the land are created, with an ever watchful eye on sustainable production.
The result is prestigious wines: the classics of the tradition of Trentino wine in conjunction with contemporary experiments in cuvée and innovative proposals of wine from the Tuscan Maremma derived from the cultivation of the Maremma property of Endrizzi, the Serpaia. There is also the Italian remuage Trento DOC Brut with Endrizzi and even a single grape variety grappa, typical of Trentino wine culture and its historical wine producers.

Cadibon. A family, a land, the art of wine
"Qui di Bon" is the meaning of the name Cadibon, a synthesis that symbolizes the importance of the territory and of the family tradition in the
creation of wines that express together the power of nature and the wisdom of man.
Corno di Rosazzo and Eastern Hills of Friuli are the cradle of the Cadibon wines. White and red wines with a strong temperament treated with great passion and attention to the environment by Luca Bon, a young but already experienced vinegrower and, together, sophisticated and meticulous winemaker. The tradition of hospitality of local people is confirmed by the new winery, designed to offer maximum functionality for the processing of grapes and aging, but also to welcome visitors and lovers for a wine tasting and a tasting of locally sourced products.
The Cadibon label identifies the best of the company production. This selection is flanked by a white wine and a Merlot signed "L’Osteria", two products that bear the same name of the homonimous venue of San Giovanni al Natisone, personally coordinated by Ameris Bon, who divides his attentions among guests and the typical recipes of his cuisine.
The seat of the Cadibon farm has always been in Casali Gallo resort, in Corno di Rosazzo, in one of the most evocative corners of Friuli Venezia Giulia, the heart of the production of some of the best white wines in the world.
A succession of forests, vineyards, scattered farmhouses, some ancient villa and a severe abbey–fortress which is an environmental paradise and a wildlife island.
Characteristic of the territory, from the agricultural point of view, the so–called "ponca", the terrain consisting of thick deposits of calcareous clay and marl, very precious because of the quality of the grapes that you can grow. The country where the company is located is identified also by the River Corno, a tributary of the Judrio, a river in which it flows after a journey of 24 km that begins at the foot of Mount Plagnava.
In addition to the production of wines, the area is famous for a wonderful culinary tradition, the main symbol of which is certainly the famous San Daniele ham. Corno di Rosazzo is surrounded by destinations of great historical and cultural value. Among these, Cividale and Aquileia, a Unesco heritage resort, Villa Manin in Codroipo, Udine, Trieste and, at about 100 km, Venice. Besides the nearby border, Slovenia offers interesting natural and tourism beauties, too.
"In addition to working in the vineyard, for the quality of our wines we focus on other choices and key moments: the harvest, the evaluation of the perfect maturity for each variety, fast transport of the grapes to the winery. We decide to pick each grape variety after several days of continuous steps of tasting and observation of grapes.
The harvest is made by hand, the transport with small carts speeds the arrival in the wine cellar".
