In the heart of the Langhe, in Bussia di Monforte d'Alba, stands Cascina Sciulun, an ancient farm typical of the Piedmontese architectural tradition. The building, built in the mid-19th century and enlarged in the 1940s, has always belonged to the Conterno family. The Franco Conterno farm boasts roots that have their roots over the decades and date back to the family branch. It was grandfather Pietro who allocated the 18 hectares of land owned to the cultivation of Nebbiolo vineyards, initially to be sold to other wineries for
Nature, Technology, Excellence. Historical passion and continuous innovation meet in the Le Bertole® cellar, giving life to the spell of the transformation of the grapes of these lands into sparkling wines of excellence. From grapes to vinification, from sparkling wine to marketing, the passion does not change, each bottle produced by the family company is the result of careful processing, where technological innovation allows you to find the right combination of history of the territory, tradition and modernity.
Cascina Schiavenza is a family-owned winery that produces high-quality wines using traditional methods. Their vineyards are carefully tended by hand, and they prioritize sustainability and environmental responsibility in their production. They specialize in producing Barolo wines that are known for their elegance and structure, as well as other regional varietals. The winery has a deep respect for the heritage and history of winemaking in the region, and this is evident in the depth and complexity of their wines.
Since 1994 the company has its seat in Château Feuillet (Saint–Pierre), which was purchased with the surroundings lands in 1915 by the Berthod family; the owner of the Di Barr winery, Rini Elvira Stefania, then inherited a part of such land from his family. From a photo of the century you can catch a glimpse of the cultivation of vineyards in some of the lands around the castle.
The other vineyards are located in Torrette (Torretta according to what L.F. Gatta wrote in 1838 about the best wine regions in Saint–Pierre) Condemine, Montagnine and Bon di Saint–Pierre, Borne de Veyne (Masso di Vejna according to what L.F. Gatta wrote in 1838 about the best wine regions in Villeneuve) and in the Champcognein locality in Aymavilles.
The company was founded in 2003 by the great passion for wines of Giampiero Merano and his sons Matteo and Davide.
Together, they decided to create this ambitious dream: to create a modern Ligurian wine, innovative, with excellent qualities, which could express the sober and decided character of Liguria and the unique fragrances of these enchanted places.
The innovations, both in the vineyard and in the winery, have led to a steady improvement in the quality of the wines and new experiments.
Azienda Agricola Il Carpino is a family-owned winery that focuses on producing high-quality wines using traditional methods. Fattoria Colleallodole of Milziade Antano is a typical peasant family’s farm. The company belonged to the Cav. Milziade Antano, one of the local producers of the historical area of Montefalco, who managed it personally. After his untimely death, the management passed to his heirs. Milziade had worked as a sharecropper in companies of Umbria, until 1969, when he decided to buy 30 hectares of land, beginning to plant vineyards and to breed Chianina cattle. In 1975 the first production of MONTEFALCO ROSSO and SAGRANTINO PASSITO took place, with the addition of SAGRANTINO SECCO and, in the 80s, the aging in bottles began. Francesco, the young son of Milziade, sharing the same passion for the land, soon decided to follow in the footsteps of his father, helping him in the running of the farm, and in 1997 he produced for the first time SAGRANTINO COLLEALLODOLE DOCG. Sagrantino, become CRU of the Farm, is made with grapes from a vineyard with special features and its designation comes from the fancy name “Colleallodole”, inspired by the migration of larks that, in the month of October, have always crossed the knolls and slopes of these hills. Francesco, rich in experience gained close to his father, using only part of the means that technology offers, continues his work, in the tradition of the area, with the ancient and timeless ways of winemaking, with accuracy and constancy, having started with passion, since he was young, to learn the craft of the winemaker. The philosophy of Francesco is faithful to the teachings of his father, according to which quality starts from the ground and from the attention given to the cultivation of vines, distinguishing Fattoria Colleallodole from the others in the area of Montefalco. The care with which the steps of pruning and harvesting of grapes take place is very high, with a careful selection, both of workers, and of the period in which to perform the work in the vineyards. Fattoria Colleallodole currently covers 40 hectares, of which 12 are planted with vineyards. The farm is member of the Consortium for the Protection of Montefalco Wines.

For millennia, the majestic volcano Vulture has been vigiling on this territory, feeding a simple, spontaneous viticulture, scattered with small vines in sheds.
In the seventh century BC, the Greeks introduced here the Hellanica vine – later called “Aglianico”, in Spanish pronunciation – that found in this land, fiercely sloping and with intense minerals, the ideal place to produce fruit.
The magical beauty of these places seduced the Albanian refugees who, in the fifteenth century, settled here fleeing due to the Turkish threat. They dug long caves into the tuff as shelters, creating – in the core of the lava flows – the traditional wine cellars where even today Aglianico del Vulture is vinified.
In its wines, Basilisco concentrates today the spirit of this land, its simple but immense wealth, its timeless tradition.
The territory of Ghemme, in the municipality of Novara, has been bound to the production of wine since the Roman period. This ancient bond is enhanced by the company of the Arlunno family, using for wines both the Latin names of vineyards and important historical references. Il Mimo, the name used for the rosé based on Nebbiolo, refers to the exceptional archaeological discovery of the Treasury of Ghemme. Silver trophies of all shapes dating back to Roman times, among which masks used for theater performances, when the theater was sacred to Bacchus. It is a way to tie the wine culture to traditions, without which our wine would lose its noblest sense.
It is a family–run company. Our vineyards, approximately eight hectares, scattered among the hills and foothills, are located in a small built–up area called Cengia, from the name of the rocks that dot the hill overlooking village. Cengia is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, at the foot of the hill of Castelrotto, in the municipality of San Pietro in Cariano, halfway between the city of Verona and Lake Garda.
In the hilly area, called Monte Ca Bianca, located part in our vineyards and here we select some of the grapes for the production of a Cru of Amarone, which owes its name to the hill.
The main indigenous grapes that contribute to the birth of our wines are: Corvina and Corvinone, Rondinella, and other varieties in limited quantities.
Il Colle Winery has made of the production of Prosecco a real mission. Founded in 1978, the winery is certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2009 and is a member of the Consortium for the Protection of the Conegliano–Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore, a proof of love and care for this product. The wines of Il Colle are the result of a serious and scrupulous work and its production is composed of different varieties, ranging from Prosecco Superiore, Prosecco DOC, Rosé, Red, White wines, and various selections, such as Marzemino Raisin, Liquor of Marzemino Raisin, Grappa of Prosecco. The company follows the entire production chain, from the careful selection of the grapes to bottling, with particular attention to the choice of maturation and storage, and all this allows us to produce wines of superior quality. All vegetative stages are followed by our technicians, in order to guarantee always a product of excellent quality.
The company was founded in 1997 when the family decided to undertake the cultivation of the small vineyard that grandfather Pietro had always conducted out of necessity, making wine in the historic cellars of the fifteenth century, in via Monte Grappa in Piamborno. In 1998, the first bottle of Camunian wine was reborn after about twenty years from its disappearance: the Cultivar delle Volte, a mountain wine with a great territorial character.
Giulia Pastore, graduate in viticulture and master winemaking and oenologist / agronomist for passion and love for my land. I grew up "between one row and another" of my vineyards, listening to the stories told by my grandfather, WISE winemaker. I learned about wine, the one with a capital "V" from my father, TESTARDO winemaker and obsessive PERFECTIONIST. I think I am the right person to suggest the wine to taste, drink, give, combine with your dinners and more. They are personally your guarantee of what you drink.
Filodivino's story is that of a Milanese entrepreneur in the textile sector who became a winemaker in the heart of the Marche region. The story of a return to the fundamental values that only the earth can give. Filodivino is in San Marcello, near Jesi. The sea at the right distance, around only vineyards, olive groves, ancient villages and gentle hills. Filodivino is a luxury wine resort with spa, kitchen, swimming pool and of course a modern cellar. It produces Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi and Lacrima di Morro d'Alba. Filodivino is an exclusive place for its size, maximum 20 guests can enjoy its beauty and simplicity. Here luxury is simple, it is the harmony of lines and colors, it is natural materials, visual continuity, the feeling of freedom but at the same time of protection that gives you the natural amphitheater that surrounds it.
The family agricultural tradition thus becomes a corporate but niche activity, to produce wines of great value, capable of respecting the land of origin and enhancing it through its best fruits. For each label, small quantities are produced: about 3000 bottles. Thus was born the "collection" Gurrieri which becomes the reflection of the agricultural and peasant vocation of Ragusa. The family now works together to produce DOCG and Igt wines of Sicily, grows organically and enhances indigenous grape varieties such as Nero d'Avola, Frappato, Grillo and an international grape variety, Syrah, well adapted to the soils and the Sicilian climate. Father Vincenzo, Don Vicè, to whom some wines are dedicated, continues his work in the vineyard as a tireless and passionate worker. Mamma Graziella takes care of the administrative part of the company and takes care of the family. Her children dedicate the Classic Method Sparkling Wine from Nero d'Avola and Frappato grapes vinified in white, which takes the name of "Donna Grazia".
