The Torre Zecchei farm is located along the Wine Route, surrounded by the green of the vineyards that cover the area of Valdobbiadene. The estate was founded by the over twenty years old experience in the wine world of Eli Spagnol, a farmer who, with the help of his wife, his daughters and son–in–law founded in 2006 this brand new, pointing only to the quality of its products. Here, we find all the passion and love that Eli feels for the land and for his work.

Azienda Agricola Al Canevon Cantine Valdobbiadene

The At Canevon farm is geographically situated in the land of Prosecco DOCG, surrounded by the enchanting landscape of the hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. The company, founded in 1971 from an old winemaking tradition, has established itself more and more in time for its quality products, the result of a methodical care of the vineyards in respect of land, territory and centuries–old traditions.

In 2001, the management of the company passed to new and young owners who, with great tenacity and will, by means of the thirty–year experience of the founders, entered the market of quality with its products. Today the Al Canevon company is one of the few wineries in the territory of the Prosecco DOCG that can boast a unique extension of 40 hectares of land with valuable native vineyards with more than 40 years of life. Since the beginning, the founders have made ​​of respect for the traditions, of love for the land and its products, a philosophy of life. In short: forty years of history dedicated to spreading the culture of the area and quality wines.

The initiation rite to the love for wine.



For centuries, in the traditions and culture of these hills of Valdobbiadene, the extra–canonical rite of the “Batiso col vin Prosecco” took place. The godfathers of babies, or the grandfathers, after the baptism in the church, brought children to the tavern to moisten their lips with a touch of prosecco to initiate them to the authentic passion for wine.



From this authentic tradition the name of our Prosecco comes: Batiso, precisely. It is the symbol of a true passion for our land and for its unique, inimitable and authentic fruit.

The Terre di San Venanzio Winery arises in the most prestigious and well–renowed "cru" of the DOC: the Cartizze one, recovering a family land formerly used for the processing of wood. Here we receive and work the Prosecco DOC selected grapes, grown only in the vineyards of Valdobbiadene, in order to obtain a limited production of sparkling wine. Our business philosophy has its foundations here, in the care and attention to detail in working, in the respect of the traditional practices of "wisdom", in the use of advanced technical equipment, in the pursuit of low–impact interventions. This is the way by which we search for quality. A place open to visitors, with its tasting rooms. You have the opportunity to visit the local winemaking plants.

Canevel

The "Canevel", in the Venetian dialect, is a small wine cellar, a place to keep the best wines, where secrets and traditions are jealously guarded.

Already in the name, that Mario Caramel chose in 1979, founding the winery in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, the elements that marked the whole story were included: the passion for our work, the attachment to the land, the respect for wine, the pursuit of quality.

In Canevel, from the first harvest, we have remained faithful to these values​​, always trying to introduce innovations and expertise to exalt them and express them in high quality products.



In this way our wines, sparkling wines and crus are made: from the hills of Valdobbiadene and Refrontolo, from grapes of our vineyards and of 60 suppliers followed at all stages of cultivation, from technologies and modern equipment, from the study of methods of winemaking and sparkling wine making, from the enthusiasm we put into our work, inside and outside the winery.

The Santantoni farm covers a planted with vines surface of about 3 hectares in the heart of the historic area of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOC.

The Follador family, owner of the company, for 3 generations have grown with unchanged passion the most prized vineyards located at the highest altitude of the production area and often perched on rugged hills.



Luigi Follador, the current owner of the company, obtains only from his own grapes, presented in 4 different versions, all of quality:

Col de Roer Cantine Valdobbiadene

In the earth of Valdobbiadene, located on top of a hill kissed by the sun, rises, since immemorial time, this farm.
Thanks to the particular climatic exposure of the "Col de Roer", and an accurate technique for the cultivation of vineyards, the grapes produced are of great quality.

FOSS MARAI spa Cantine Valdobbiadene

Guia is a a succession of steep hills covered with vineyards of Prosecco.

Here the valleys are called "Fossi". Marai the name of the most profound valley of Guia. At the beginning of the century, the grandfather of the owner of Foss Marai, Luigi, started a business as a the winemaker that led him to sell the barrels of his sparkling wine.



At nearly a hundred years later Carlo Biasiotto, with his family, led Foss Marai to cover the prestigious role of a company known for the excellent quality of its sparkling wines and the elegance of all its bottles.



The Foss Marai always aims to continuously improve all its products, to never be satisfied with the successes achieved, to develop and produce still and sparkling wines that meet modern tastes, without necessarily follow trends.
