The Stramaret Winery stands out among the producers of Valdobbiadene for its wine–growing tradition, which began in 1888 when Giovanni Stramare founded in Funer di Valdobbiadene in the homonymous farm. In 2005 it took the name of Stramaret, succeeding in the years to become a point of reference among the wineries of Valdobbiadene.
The history of the Stramare family (Stramaret has been its nickname for generations) is inextricably intertwined with that of Prosecco. Since the almost legendary time of Giovanni Stramare, the company has experienced a steady development in wine production and in zootechnics, thanks to the work and the passion of the founder’s heirs: Angelo, Anthonio and Celestino. Since 2005 Carlo, graduated in oenology at the Cerletti Institute of Conegliano, decided with the support of his father to invest predominantly in the production of Glera (ex Prosecco), which now takes the name of Valdobbiadene DOCG with guarantee of controlled and guaranteed origin.
The 9 hectares of vineyards owned by the company, planted mainly with Glera grapes (ex Prosecco), give rise to four different products:
STRAORDINARIO – Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. extra dry sparkling wine
STRATOSFERICO – Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. brut sparkling wine
STRABILIANTE – sparkling wine
STRAVERO – sparkling wine on yeasts
STRAVAGANTE – Manzoni Bianco I.G.P.
These products best represent the unique characteristics of the Valdobbiadene vineyards, enhanced by the principal ingredient that is never lacking in any of our bottle: the genuine and authentic passion for wine of the Stramare family.

Today all the company's members and their passionate collaborators carry out the same mission set by the founder with skilful care and dedication. The countless awards obtained over the years testify to the growth of a path aimed at quality, tradition but at the same time innovation and modernity of a product so unique in the world: Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
Built near the family farm which consists of nine hectares of land largely cultivated with Prosecco, the structure is a reference point in Valdobbiadene for the quality and variety of its products. The farm consists of welcoming and familiar environments and offers patrons a great variety of culinary proposals prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients, coming from the estate's vegetable garden. The chef prepares many tasty delicacies based on cold cuts and meats, homemade pasta and desserts and vegetables at km0 every day. The farm also offers air-conditioned rooms equipped with every comfort including private bathroom, free wifi and mini bar available to guests.
Cantine Vedova is one of the largest and best known wineries in the Valdobbiadene area. The production of Prosecco began in the 1950s and since then attention to quality has always distinguished Vedova wines.
Il Follo is an agricultural village located in the municipality of Valdobbiadene at the foot of the famous Cartizze hill. Our winery is located here and our most prestigious vineyards are cultivated, including Villa Luigia. This village of ancient wine tradition also expresses the history and culture of these lands, which is why it has been hired as a trademark of our company since 2002.
The company belongs to this land and in this land has always worked, perpetuating a tradition of winemaking. Giustino and his son Luca have inherited that farmer knowledge, made of hard work and experience, which today are translated into a well known product appreciated all over the world: Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore.
