Guia is a a succession of steep hills covered with vineyards of Prosecco.
Here the valleys are called "Fossi". Marai the name of the most profound valley of Guia. At the beginning of the century, the grandfather of the owner of Foss Marai, Luigi, started a business as a the winemaker that led him to sell the barrels of his sparkling wine.
At nearly a hundred years later Carlo Biasiotto, with his family, led Foss Marai to cover the prestigious role of a company known for the excellent quality of its sparkling wines and the elegance of all its bottles.
The Foss Marai always aims to continuously improve all its products, to never be satisfied with the successes achieved, to develop and produce still and sparkling wines that meet modern tastes, without necessarily follow trends.
SERVICES
The Bottega dello Spumante is located right inside the historic headquarters in Strada di Guia 109, an address that also gave its name to some of the renowned Foss Marai sparkling wines. It is a multifunctional space where the public can directly purchase Foss Marai products.
