I remember it was a warm spring morning in 1993. During a walk through the vineyards that my family had cultivated for generations on this magnificent hill, I Loris and Paolo made the decision to found Col Vetoraz Spumanti. Right from the start we defined what our mission had to be: to honor this generous and unique territory in the world we had to create only wines of the highest quality. Our intent was ambitious: to become the reference of this territory ".

The choice to produce only Valdobbiadene DOCG, exclusively handmade. Valdobbiadene DOCG comes from a small hilly territory enclosed between the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, where its cultivation finds the ideal conditions for maximum expression. Valdobbiadene DOCG is the synthesis of the combination of variety of soils, mild climate and the wisdom of men, who have been handed down the art of hand-made work for generations. Only in this way is it possible to cultivate the steep slopes of the hills “embroidered†by the vineyards, which create an environment so spectacular that it is a UNESCO heritage site.
