The best Italian wineries.
Respect for the homeland and for nature is rooted in our family. It is with this spirit of harmony with what surrounds us that we dedicate ourselves to the main activity of the company, viticulture, convinced that the production chain ends with an adequate wine tasting that becomes a tale of this land and its history but above all of our passion.
In the fifties, Palazzo Vecchio was purchased by Count Riccardo Zorzi, who passionately retrieved the traditions and local wine culture, but in 1980 Marco Sbernadori, with his wife Maria Alessandra Zorzi, initiated an ambitious project that would take them in 1990 to produce the first bottles of Nobile di Montepulciano wine, which immediately presented itself as a wine of great structure, the result of a land particularly suited to viticulture, as described in all studies.
Located in the hills with vineyards around, Palazzo Vecchio, with a 360 degree view of a landscape of praised charm, has a unique environmental situation not only for the location of its vineyards and the recognized quality of its soils, but also for the particularly favorable weather conditions with gentle winds that caress the grapes keeping them perfectly healthy.
Cantina Lepore is a family-owned winery that produces high-quality wines using traditional methods combined with modern techniques. Their vineyards are carefully cultivated and their grapes are hand-harvested to ensure the best possible flavor profile. The winery's commitment to sustainability is reflected in their use of eco-friendly practices and their focus on preserving the natural environment. The result is a range of delicious wines that are true representations of the terroir and the passion of the Lepore family.
