The story of the Accordini Igino winery began in 1821, in the heart of Valpolicella, an area with strong and deeply rooted traditions of viticulture and vinification. It is a passion that began with an inheritance: three hectares of vineyards, the grapes of which were used to make wine only for the family, which loved passing the spring and their spare time in the cru called “Le Bessole”.
Over the years the production increased in quantity and above all quality, thanks also to the introduction of new Corvina plants, a fundamental grape variety for Valpolicella Classico. The Accordini Igino winery, which made its appearance in the 60s, produced high quality wines, the first bottle for the market being a rich and fragrant Amarone with an important, embracing personality and superior organoleptic characteristics.
The successfully story from family production to national and international marketing started here, thanks to the untiring and careful work of Guido Accordini, Iginio's son, and his wife Liliana, who guided the company towards enological innovation without forgetting tradition.
The love of viticulture and vinification has passed through the family, with Ilaria, Guido and Liliana's daughter, bringing her experience and skills in marketing and foreign languages to the winery in order to develop business in foreign markets.
Barriques and wood interwaeve each other with modern lines and permit to receive guests in a comfortable and informal atmosphere, the right place to taste Accordini Iginio wines, combined with typical products of this area.

Different qualities of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina are followed while growing up and maturation in order to ensure a great harves, also thanks to technical devices that reduce drastically pesticide treatments and optimize water resources in full respect of the natural environment .

The cellar of the Grandfather, the heart of the tradition, enriched over time with 1,700 barriques and 35 tonneaux still keeps the barrels of Slavonian oak dating back to 1883, the date of birth of the Bolla winery. Suited areas in the DOC of Soave, Valpolicella and Bardolino, agronomic peculiarities and technical consistency are the secret of the quality of the Bolla wines. Hundreds of farmers who, over time, have formed a solid alliance and a wine cellar that lives of a wise care and family stories. It is the virtuous path that wine does not forget.
The Brigaldara winery is just outside the village of San Floriano, in the heart of Valpolicella, north of Verona. It is located at the entrance of the Marano Valley, one of the four valleys that constitute the Classic area of Valpolicella.
The company covers an area of 50 hectares owned in total, cultivated with vineyards and olive trees. Adjacent to the villa, which is used as a residence by the Cesari family, the farmhouse rises, characterized by a traditional porch recently modernized and converted in winery.
The winery is structured on two levels, and is fully inserted in the architecture of the original farmhouse next to the villa. The upper level is dedicated to the reception and vinification of grapes, while in the lower area the barrels and the processing and refining areas are placed.
The winery fits in the entire property surrounded by beautiful vineyards. The buildings are located in the middle of the Brigaldara property, in total respect of the original structure and the valley.
After a century and a half of activity, we still vinify only our own grapes and follow directly all the phases of winemaking, from the vineyard to the bottle.
Nowadays we have arrived with pride at the fifth generation.
It is a family–run company. Our vineyards, approximately eight hectares, scattered among the hills and foothills, are located in a small built–up area called Cengia, from the name of the rocks that dot the hill overlooking village. Cengia is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, at the foot of the hill of Castelrotto, in the municipality of San Pietro in Cariano, halfway between the city of Verona and Lake Garda.
In the hilly area, called Monte Ca Bianca, located part in our vineyards and here we select some of the grapes for the production of a Cru of Amarone, which owes its name to the hill.
The main indigenous grapes that contribute to the birth of our wines are: Corvina and Corvinone, Rondinella, and other varieties in limited quantities.
When Carlo and I discovered Monte Dall’Ora, it was love at first sight. We created our own company and our family in this special place, of great tradition, in the heart of the historic Valpolicella. Children of farmers, we have inherited tenacity to work and love for the land.
The renovation of the old stone walls, the “marogne”, which support the terraced land, has been a long and challenging labor, the study of fossils and of petrified shells found among the outcropping rocks, represented for us the testimony of the evolution of the earth and our return to basics.
We found ourselves in our hands this wild land, where years of neglect had allowed trees and brambles to grow. We tried to harness the vitality of this soil rich in humus and microorganisms, planting old forgotten varieties of grapes and growing them in respect of their life cycle.
We live and work according to the alternation of the seasons, we carry out the activities useful to preserve the natural microbiological heritage that is the true wealth of our land.
This original universe is the base of our balance in the vineyard and in the winery. We love deeply Monte Dall’Ora and its treasures.

From a tiny vineyard of grandfather Giacomo, Tommasi Viticoltori have consolidated over the years
and today extends for over 135 hectares of vineyards in the DOC zones of the province of Verona and 66 hectares in Tuscany Maremma.
Tommasi Viticoltori is run by the fourth generation of the family, each member with his/her own role and responsibility:
Giancarlo is oenologist and is the head of viticulture;
Pierangelo is the sales manager of foreign markets;
Piergiorgio is the head of the domestic market;
Stefano is the head of the regional market;
Francesca and Erica are the heads for the administrative department.
Michela, Barbara and Paola are the heads of Villa Quaranta Park Hotel.
The company, today, under the direction of Giampietro Zardini, combines perfectly innovation and tradition, producing excellent wines that give us an image of the area of origin and the personality of those who produce them.
The company is a young business, but very important for the Valpolicella area. The results are every year more and more amazing and the line of wines offered reflects the originality of Celestino and Francesco, the two partners who run the winery.
The company is run by the Venturini family: father Massimino with children Daniele, Mirco and Giuseppina.
Using only their own grapes: 70% Corvina Veronese, 20% Rondinella, 10% Molinara, the Venturins make high quality Valpolicella wines certified “Denominazione di Origine Controllata”: Amarone, Recioto, Valpolicella Classico and Classico Superiore.
Careful selection of the grapes and vineyards has meant that the Venturinis have produced several “cru” wines that take their name from the estete on which they were made: "Campomasua", “Semonte Alto”, “Le Brugnine” and “Il Castelliere”.
It was established in 1963 to exploit the experience and love for the hand of at least three generations.
The story of the Manara winery is like the story of other small wine producers in the Valpolicella Classico area. It was established in 1950 and the owners have been running it for three generations, maintaning local wine-making traditions with growing experience and passion.
The progressive development that took place in the last few years was surely due to the new generation represented by the three brothers Lorenzo, Fabio and Giovanni Manara, who directly follow the entire production and marketing process.
The enlargement of the winery, with the new and practical wine cellar, facilitates and optimises the different phases of the production. Moreover it allows to obtain quality wines maintaining their typicality unchanged.
