Azienda Vitivinicola Leonildo Pieropan

Since 1890, four generations have marked the story of the Pieropan company, each with different contributions in relation to the time, knowledge and entrepreneurship. The vinegrowing and winemaking activity begins with Leonido, the doctor of the village of Soave who, driven by his knowledge in biology and chemistry, began working in the family vineyards and winery.

His sons, Fausto and Gustavo, continued his work with infinite passion, but the crucial imprinting was given by Leonildo, grandson of the founder who, with a unique style and an innate vocation, revolutionized the company.

The belief in the centrality of the vineyard, the relentless pursuit of quality and the renewal of the vinification process, characterize the identity of Pieropan.

Leonildo shares with his wife Teresita a great love for the land, the awareness of the value of tradition and a family heritage passed on to their sons, Andrea and Dario who, together with their parents, manage the company today.

Azienda Agricola Alberto Coffele

If in every great wine a story is held, that of Coffele wines tells first of all an encounter of love, that between Giovanna Visco and Giuseppe Coffele, in 1971. Then, it narrates their passion grown over the years: for the land, for the vines and on the pursuit of an excellence that has its roots in the tradition of the Visco family, a historic winery of Soave that already in the middle of the Nineteenth century vinified its grapes harvested in Castelcerino, one of the most suited crus of the Soave Classico area. This story comes up to date: the Coffele farm is now enriched by the presence of Alberto and Chiara Coffele, respectively enotechnician and sales manager. The Coffele wines were created and are kept behind the ancient portal that houses the winery dating back to the seventeenth century, right in the Soave old town, a place that combining ancient traditions to the vivacity of youth becomes a place to enjoy timeless flavors.

VILLA MATTIELLI S.s. agricola

VILLA MATTIELLI farm was founded from the will of two young sisters, Roberta and Valeria, to create a really young and dynamic company, with its own line of quality wines, which is based on the wisdom and passion transmitted by their father.

The vineyards cover 15 hectares of terraced hills between Soave and Valpolicella. Lands that have always been considered ideal for the development of the vine thanks to the mild climate and beautiful exposure to the sun.

The traditional manual harvesting, the selection of the grapes, the care of the vine, are juxtaposed with modern techniques of winemaking in the cellar.

In the heart of a medieval village called Soave, at the foot of the Scaliger Castle, in Corte Pittora no. 5 ... the palace of the counts Sanbonifacio stands, home of the Winery of the castle, Corte Pittora takes its name from an ancient and noble family of Verona called Pittore who built this palace in the eighteenth century, which later became the residence of the counts Sanbonifacio.

It is said that the existing tunnel in the basement of the building was formerly used as a connecting passage with the Scaliger castle.

For this reason, the winery was called "Cantina del Castello".

Even today, the underground winery is used for the process of aging of Recioto di Soave Classico, and you can see the entrance to the legendary passage.
