Casa Vinicola Santi was founded in 1843 by Attilio Carlo Santi, began its production devoting itself to the classic Soave, Valpolicella, Recioto, Amarone and Bardolino, obtained from grapes grown in vineyards of property in the heart of the most suited areas.
The Santi company, over the years, has changed gradually. It was Santi to inaugurate the GIV quality path that has interested all the production chain, from the Vineyard to the vinification techniques, from winemaking thought to bottling. Three are the wineries for vinification; Tenuta Pule, San Pietro Incariano and Tenuta Preella, one for maturation and one for bottling, in Pedemonte, equipped with the most modern Technologies. Santi is today synonimous with produce of great prestige, fruit of the ability and experience of the oenologists, jealous of their traditions and at the same time looking to the future.

We have been producing our own Wine and our own Oil with a certified organic method of growing since 1993.

Our wine must be fresh and clean, with a highly recognizable and authentic fruit, full in the mouth thanks to a fair level of tannins and with a proper length.
The farm owned by Romano Dal Forno covers an area of 13 hectares, all cultivated with vines, and further 12 hectares, more or less, rented. In the company, Romano Dal Forno has the role of agronomist and oenologist.
The company was purchased in 1920 by Lawyer Marco Trabucchi, father of Professor Alberto Trabucchi, and grandfather of the current Professor Giuseppe.
Lawyer Marco handed down to his descendants the culture of agricultural economy, a culture that have helped his family and the people of these lands to overcome the famine caused by war. So, in the tradition of our family two cultures blend, that of corn, cultivated with difficulty in the stony soils of a hill, and that of vine: both quintessence of the earth goods, so that men could not live without these foods. Alberto Trabucchi shows the same attention, with a sensitivity that characterize his life, on a continuous pursuit of the essence of things.
This sensitivity has been handed to his children and grandchildren, too.
