The Tedeschi winery is located in the center of Pedemonte di Valpolicella. The fermentation room, recently renovated, has horizontal fermentation tanks which allow a perfect extraction from the skins thanks to an appropriate programming of replacements and the movements of the solid mass. The cellar also has vertical fermenters where it is possible to implement wine–crushing by means of a mechanical piston. All containers are thermally monitored. In the aging cellar Slavonian oak barrels of capacity from 10 to 50 hectoliters are present.
A short distance from the winery you will find the modern loft, technologically advanced, for the drying of the grapes. Even the fruit room is equipped with a computerized system of temperature and humidity control, and the building has a capacity of up to 450,000 kg of grapes.
