Enò-Trio

Enotrio (Oinotros), a resident of Enotria, mythical hero leader of the Greek people landed in southern Italy in the eleventh century BC, precisely Enotria, ie land where grapes are grown and wine is produced.

En–trio was created from the love that I have for wine, not so much for it as a hydro–alcoholic drink, but for the evolution that takes place in it up to being life, for viticulture, for nature in general, for the fatherly love towards my daughters Stefany and Desire’; from this: "trio".

The logo consists of a circle, completed by the word En–trio, which encloses a vine with a double spurred cordon with some clusters of grapes that surround the Etna, our beloved volcano.

Pietra Tagliata

Pietra Tagliata s grew out of the commitment of a family in Sicily that has always believed in the extraordinary enological potential of its land and has 50 year of experience in producing premium wines. Convinced that is always necessary to be open to change in order to grow and improve, the family launched a new production project in 2000. Their adventure took wing from the family historic cellar in Marsala and the vineyards (50 He).

Etna Rocca D'Api

The permeable black earth, rich in volcanic sand and abounding in minerals and nutrients, interacts with a unique microclimate, influenced by altitude and exposure. The constant alternation between hot and cold temperatures on Mt. Etna has a beneficial effect on the processes of flowering, veraison and grape ripening. Each single grape berry produces sugars and acids that later express themselves in the intense bouquet and fresh, harmonious palate of the wines.
Etna Rocca d'Api currently has 26 hectares of vines, spread over three of Etna's slopes at altitudes between 500 and 850 metres above sea level.
