Enò-Trio

Enotrio (Oinotros), a resident of Enotria, mythical hero leader of the Greek people landed in southern Italy in the eleventh century BC, precisely Enotria, ie land where grapes are grown and wine is produced.

En–trio was created from the love that I have for wine, not so much for it as a hydro–alcoholic drink, but for the evolution that takes place in it up to being life, for viticulture, for nature in general, for the fatherly love towards my daughters Stefany and Desire’; from this: "trio".

The logo consists of a circle, completed by the word En–trio, which encloses a vine with a double spurred cordon with some clusters of grapes that surround the Etna, our beloved volcano.

The label depicts my vineyard, with a haystack and some roses that mark the rows. In the distance, the Etna.

It is the sort of passion that, even today, few are capable of equalling. From the rolling hillsides of Corleone, the Pollara family exports its wines around the world. These wines are 'made' in the vineyards before they ever reach the barrels, produced with unflagging dedication in complete accordance with the environment, in ways that focus on achieving unrivalled quality and on making the most of innovation. Throughout the entire winemaking process, from harvesting and vinification all the way to ageing and bottling, the passion of the winemakers and their undying love for the art of making great wine are combined with the use of state-of-the-art technologies to create wines of quite extraordinary quality.

Pietra Tagliata

Pietra Tagliata s grew out of the commitment of a family in Sicily that has always believed in the extraordinary enological potential of its land and has 50 year of experience in producing premium wines. Convinced that is always necessary to be open to change in order to grow and improve, the family launched a new production project in 2000. Their adventure took wing from the family historic cellar in Marsala and the vineyards (50 He).

Etna Rocca D'Api

The permeable black earth, rich in volcanic sand and abounding in minerals and nutrients, interacts with a unique microclimate, influenced by altitude and exposure. The constant alternation between hot and cold temperatures on Mt. Etna has a beneficial effect on the processes of flowering, veraison and grape ripening. Each single grape berry produces sugars and acids that later express themselves in the intense bouquet and fresh, harmonious palate of the wines.
Etna Rocca d'Api currently has 26 hectares of vines, spread over three of Etna's slopes at altitudes between 500 and 850 metres above sea level.

Blandano

Azienda Agricola Blandano is located in the rolling hills of the Agro Ericino area, in the Province of Trapani, in one of the historically most suited to viticulture areas, at an altitude between 260 and 370 meters above sea level.

Nature has granted to Sicily, and in particular to this area, a magnificent climate, favorable soil and climatic conditions that combine to provide in a natural way results that you can hardly get anywhere else.

Now at the third generation, the Blandano farm differs from existing ones in the area for reliability, precision and dedication to the activity that has been handed down from father to son.

The vineyards of the company stretch for about thirty hectares dedicated to the cultivation of different varieties of vines, mostly native (Cataratto, Insolia, Grillo, Zibibbo, Nero D’Avola), not to mention the international varieties (Cabernet, Merlot) ideal for the production of wines of high quality.

The winery has a capacity of accommodation of 20,000 hl, is equipped with advanced technological processes, from the soft pressing of the grapes to the system for the control of fermentation temperatures, thus obtaining wines that retain in the best way perfumes and tastes, enhancing the characteristics of the original grapes...

The idea of creating Scirto Wines of Azienda Agricola Faro Giuseppina, was born from a passion for vines and wine and from the desire to preserve tradition merging it with innovation. It is a small and young Sicilian company who has learned from past generations the love and willpower towards this job.
