The history of the Roccat farm is the story of a family from Valdobbiadene, the Codello family, which in 1929 - after the division of a property between brothers, as was customary at the time - moved to the farm assigned to it in via Rocat and Ferrari. This was an ancient road, built at the end of the eighteenth century by the homonymous families, in order to access their respective lands. The Terre del Superiore can now be visited thanks to the Prosecco Ring, a 15 km route that winds through the productions of Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG, touching the hamlets of San Pietro di Barbozza, Santo Stefano and Saccol. It can be covered on foot and by bicycle, better if accompanied by a guide. It is indicated by panels and inside it cultural projects are developed such as Vignarte.
The story of the Accordini Igino winery began in 1821, in the heart of Valpolicella, an area with strong and deeply rooted traditions of viticulture and vinification. It is a passion that began with an inheritance: three hectares of vineyards, the grapes of which were used to make wine only for the family, which loved passing the spring and their spare time in the cru called “Le Bessole”.
Over the years the production increased in quantity and above all quality, thanks also to the introduction of new Corvina plants, a fundamental grape variety for Valpolicella Classico. The Accordini Igino winery, which made its appearance in the 60s, produced high quality wines, the first bottle for the market being a rich and fragrant Amarone with an important, embracing personality and superior organoleptic characteristics.
The successfully story from family production to national and international marketing started here, thanks to the untiring and careful work of Guido Accordini, Iginio’s son, and his wife Liliana, who guided the company towards enological innovation without forgetting tradition.
The love of viticulture and vinification has passed through the family, with Ilaria, Guido and Liliana’s daughter, bringing her experience and skills in marketing and foreign languages to the winery in order to develop business in foreign markets.
Barriques and wood interwaeve each other with modern lines and permit to receive guests in a comfortable and informal atmosphere, the right place to taste Accordini Iginio wines, combined with typical products of this area.

La Vigna di Sarah is a young and lively winery that reflects a land of many colors and scents caressed by the sun and the wind.
It was created in 2010 by Sarah Dei Tos, born and raised in the land of Prosecco, along the hills of Vittorio Veneto. After achieving a degree in Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan, Sarah Dei Tos moved to England to attend a master’s degree in Management at the University of Nottingham.
Returning to Vittorio Veneto in 2010, she became a farmer and personally takes care with great passion of her Vineyard.
Here everything smells good. Of wine, of delicious flavors, of a centuries–old culture that can draw in depth the scenery and the very soul of a region that is among the most beautiful in Italy.
It is High Marca Trevigiana. A striking environmental scenario of steep and gentle slopes, dominated by an infinite network of vineyards. We are about an hour far from Venice, 25 kilometers from the beautiful Treviso. Ours is a natural amphitheater that opens between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. A land where people are attached to their roots with pride, keeping intact the taste of traditions and the pleasure of hospitality. A land full of charm, of historic and artistic attractions, of ancient castles, of aristocratic villas, of sacred buildings. A land full of typical and unique dishes.
This valuable piece of Veneto is the land of Prosecco Superiore. At the same distance from the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea, it has proven to be a fascinating territory, where winemakers have conquered inch by inch those steep hills, drawing a unique and extraordinary in its kind landscape.
In this that has been and that is the buen retiro of poets, writers and unforgettable protagonists of Italian art cinema, a wine that can be recognized with closed eyes from the first sip. Between 50 and 500 meters above sea level, in the sunny southern slope, 5,000 of the 20,000 hectares of a territory divided into 15 municipalities are cultivated: Conegliano, Susegana, San Vendemiano, Colle Umberto, Vittorio Veneto, Cison di Valmarino, San Pietro di Feletto, Refrontolo, Pieve di Soligo, Farra di Soligo, Miane, Vidor, Follina, Tarzo and Valdobbiadene.

The company was founded at the beginning of the nineteenth century by the Tormena progenitors and was expanded in the early twentieth century by the brothers ITALO and LORENZO keeping roots in centuries–old wine traditions.
The company integrates the production area, 16 exclusive hectares of Colbertaldo, perfect for the breeding of the vine, with passion passed on to sons Ivan and Marco, who work in the same, bringing improvements and maintaining all the processes of wine making, fermentation, sparkling wine making and packaging within the company, thus ensuring extreme traceability of the final product.
AZ. AGR. F.LLI TORMENA presents itself with a fine selection of wines, devotes special care and attention to the production of Prosecco Superiore, a fine and elegant wine of fruity and floral notes. In addition to Prosecco Superiore, for decades the company has expanded its range with Raboso; a red wine with intense and very structured aromas. F.lli Tormena is a guarantee of hospitality and familiarity within the company.
Not far from the city of Padua, among the Euganean Hills, Giovanni Zini produces his own wine.
It has been courage and love for his land, which led him to Fattoria Eolia.
The nice story of someone who was able to fly, following a passion.
1984 is the date that marks the beginning of the history of Fattoria Eolia. The company was founded, the vineyards renowed and the early production of wine was experienced. To manage it, a family of Padua. In 2009, the turning point, with the transition of the business to the Zini family. Giovanni is the absolute protagonist. Scrupulously, he follows each step, from the vineyard to marketing. Alongside him, a staff of trained and experienced professionals. A path that led him to invest in facilities and to produce technology, to experiment and to renew year after year their production. More than 13 hectares of property, divided into two estates: the Spinazzola locality in Rovolon, adjacent to the winery and the Terrebianche Estate in Luvigliano di Torreglia. Here grapes grow strong, caressed by the wind. The wines are rewriting the story of Giovanni Zini.
The Gris Winery is located in the heart of the countryside of Gorgo al Monticano, in the province of Treviso. It is a small family–owned business, present in the wine world since 1950.

In 1956 the company’s founder, Antonio Doro, arrived in these lands, among the most evocative of the town of Vittorio Veneto.

The Scriani farm in Fumane is a little gem in the heart of Valpolicella, a fertile land of flavors and traditions, outlined by the rows of its renowned vineyards and grounded in the undulating landscape of rolling hills.
The Cottini family have been farmers for generations, founding their own work on the values of the peasant culture. Their passion for the land and the deep awareness of their roots have given them for years the most authentic sense of the life of each member.
Vineyards and grapes
Mandolari, Bosco, Carpan, Tondin, La Costa are grounds that include vines of an age between nine and forty years, cultivated with arbor method, single or double, for a total density of three thousand plants per hectare. Ronchiel is the latest, it has a density of four thousand and five hundred vines per hectare.
The vineyards are located in a way which takes into account not only the characteristics of the soil, but also the configuration of the surrounding forests.
The flagship of the Scriani production, Amarone, is aged eighteen months in barriques, and subsequently eight months in oak barrels and aged in bottles for another six months.
A prestigious selection that combines body, scents and tastes, from mild to intense, with unique hints given by the variety of grapes used: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and others. Awards and recognitions obtained in prestigious events are the most tangible evidence that the Scriani company works with commitment and seriousness and is one of the most influential names in the Italian wine scenery.
Located in the beautiful setting of the Euganean Hills, at the foot of Monte della Madonna, the Colle Mattara winery stems from a tradition handed down from father to son guarding jealously the care and the passion for the cultivation of vines, without forgetting the respect for nature.
The exposure of the vineyards is excellent: they extend on all the slope of the hill, catching the heat and light of the sun all day with excellent results on the final quality of the grapes. The new plants and the modern methods of training are all aimed to increase quality. No less important is the influence of the climate and the vocation of the land to the cultivation of vines.
The processing of the grapes uses modern winemaking technologies, following in this way the concept of genuineness in order to respect what nature has placed at our disposal.
The results of an ongoing research to improve the quality of our products, of a work in harmony and in accordance with nature, in the union of experience, tradition and modern technology, can be found in our wines that we propose today in 11 different types.
I remember it was a warm spring morning in 1993. During a walk through the vineyards that my family had cultivated for generations on this magnificent hill, I Loris and Paolo made the decision to found Col Vetoraz Spumanti. Right from the start we defined what our mission had to be: to honor this generous and unique territory in the world we had to create only wines of the highest quality. Our intent was ambitious: to become the reference of this territory ".
In 1962 the young man Tarcisio Bernardi, feeling tight in his role as member of the cooperative winery, decided to vinify on his own the grapes produced by him and to sell the wine, with the experience of at least three generations of winemakers.
At the time, the mechanization of agriculture was just at the beginning, the rugged hills of Pedeguarda – Follina – required hard work and the soil was sometimes stingy. These difficulties brought the Bernardi family, in 1972, to move to Ogliano, on the hills of Conegliano.
Now the company has an area of about 16 hectares of which 13 are planted with vineyards, grouped together in one body surrounding the company estate, an impressive network of rows on green hills exposed to the sun. Time has passed, new generations have begun to work besides the old ones, the traditional methods of working have combined with new technologies that help to improve the wines’ quality, making them responsive to market demands, but the attachment to the territory, love for nature and the genuineness of its products have remained intact.

The story of Perlage was founded in 1985, when the 7 Nardi brothers, their father Tiziano and their mother Afra, decided to begin the adventure of organic agriculture and viticulture, starting from Riva Moretta, in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore Conegliano D.O.C.G.

In the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, the "Corte Fornaledo" winery was founded. Giacomo and Francesco, the Borghetti brothers, have in their barrels distinctive wines of the Valpolicella Classica that are aging and soon will be ready to be enjoyed.
From the 2009 vintage, we have started a new path.
We started making wine with a part of our grapes producing our classic wines (Amarone Classico Riserva, Amarone Classico, Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso, Valpolicella Classico Superiore and Recioto Classico). In March 2011 we sold our first "Recioto della Valpolicella Classico 2009" and in May 2011 our "Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2009" will be ready, too.
In our small way, we have always been sensitive to the environment in which we live every day, in respect of health and also in respect of those less fortunate than others. Already in the 80s our dad Giovanni Battista Borghetti had turned to African students for various seasonal jobs in the country (he was a true precursor) and now we are in close cooperation with the social cooperative Pantarei that deals with giving new possibilities to political refugee children, especially from Africa.
But our sensitivity has reached a milestone when we made the labels of our wines by entering part of the text in Braille for blind people (already visible on all our bottles of Recioto 2009).
