Near the small town of Montemontanaro in the municipality of Montefelcino, overlooking the valley of Metauro, Azienda Agricola Pagliari Gabriele farm is located. The owner and his family run the company in an optimal way, the children are running the winery with care and precision from the vinification to sales, Gabriele (the owner), always overseeing the whole, focuses his dedication and passion on the management of production and harvesting. The techniques used are still the same handed down through generations.
Wines produced with local grapes try to better express the particularities of the land so recreating the scents and flavors of the past. The company produces wines of the area, such as: Bianchello del Metauro, Sangiovese dei Colli Pesaresi, Marche Rosso IGT, Marche Rosato IGT.
Azienda Agricola Pagliari Gabriele company also produces extra virgin olive oil through mechanical processes, from the pressing of the olives produced on their estate. Azienda Agricola Pagliari Gabriele is a perfect combination of history, traditions and tastes of the past.
Azienda Agricola Mariotti farm was founded over 80 years ago and, since then, has been growing without ever forgetting the value of tradition and the deep connection with the history of this area, the respect of which gives us selected grapes, grappa and oils of sincere scents and intense flavour.
The vineyard area of the company is about 11 hectares for a total production of 1,000 hectoliters, a portion of which is destined to wine in bottles of various types (DOC, IGT, Selections).
The area used for olive groves is 3 hectares, from which we collect our olives for the production of mono–varietal oils (Leccino and Raggiola).
Three generations joined by one great passion: love for their Land; they are the foundation that gave birth to Azienda Agraria Angeli di Varano farming company.
It is from the history of the Chiucconi family that the challenge of the two brothers Lorenzo and Matteo comes, determined in accordance with the traditions to produce the best grapes to get the absolute excellence of Rosso Conero, giving in this way to this excellent wine the luster it deserves.
Thanks to more serious and surly of the vines and not without giving credit to the many tips by the veterans of this land, the Chiucconi brothers chose the best clones and exposures of a Conero "cru" to plant the main grape variety of this area, the precious MONTEPULCIANO.
The perfect maturation of the grapes is given by the night breeze, the excellent exposure of the vineyards, the grape selection in the field combined with a manual harvest and the proximity of the vineyards to the winery allows us to interpret in the best way the needs of the natural transformation of the fruit and allows especially to excel in quality. Thus arriving to get a healthy and completely intact product.
"CASALETA" originates from the real name of the place where even today the proprietary house welcomes us.
Our company is located in the Marche region, in Serra de’ Conti in the province of Ancona.
For three generations, our family has been transforming the fruits of the land in typical products of excellence; initially in the world of butchery–pork products and then also in agriculture, thanks to the strong attachment to the land and traditions.
In the seventies, cultivating these passions, our father bought a small farm dedicated to the production of wheat, sunflowers, sugar beet and oil.
In the early nineties he expanded its passion for agriculture and started the production of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi buying an uncontaminated valley in Castiglioni di Arcevia, in which a vineyard of eleven hectares is located, devoting himself to it with such passion and desire to make it better, passion then picked up by the whole family.
In 2010, the awareness of having an original vine with unique samples of more than seventy years, of typical of the place organoleptic characteristics, has been the key element in the decision to become a winery.
This was the origin of our biggest challenge: a wine cellar and a wine under its own brand of high quality in the land of Verdicchio Classico.
In the face of a more than half a century old vineyard there are those who harvest, not us: we save the valuable genetic material and we increment it to preserve and maintain the original flavor of the past, vine after vine, reproducing by scions of the "old ladies" the clones of the old Verdicchio so as the old landraces are a real territorial heritage.
Azienda Agricola Pandolfi Orsini, situated in the middle hills of the Marche region to about 300 meters above the sea, was born from the entrepreneurial spirit of the brothers Andrea and Luca Orsini who acquire the business of the family undertaken in 1894 by the pioneer Vincenzo Pandolfi. The winery is situated inside a rural estate that dates back to the nineteenth century, located in the center of the farming estate, in Montalfoglio locality, the town of San Lorenzo in Campo (PU).
The possibility of producing unique and quality wines, the experience gained in the family, in addition to the need to seek new market opportunities, led the young heirs to invest in their company planting new vineyards and innovating all the winemaking department.
The collection and selection of the grapes is done manually in order to avoid mechanical stress to the clusters. The whole area of the company belongs to the production area of the Pergola Doc.
The winery was founded three generations ago, when grandparents began to make wine with their grapes with the techniques and skills they owned.
Leonardo, father of Emanuele and Gianfilippo, founder in 1990 of the "Tre Castelli" brand, still held by the company, had immediately a huge success in the marketing of its bottled wines, and therefore decided to invest in the company planting new vineyards to meet the various requests.
In 2000 the company passed into the hands of Emanuele and Gianfilippo, who, in memory of the departed father, created the "Vignedileo" brand. After having created throughout the world appreciated wines, renewed the plant vineyards and renovated the cellar of Staffolo, Emanuele and Gianfilippo, not satisfied yet, with stubbornness keep firmly the imperative of high quality products. All this translates into a serious work of experimental agronomy, of extreme care of the vineyard and the adoption of the most advanced techniques of cultivation and vinification, respecting the environment and the territory.
Casa Vinicola Carlini wine house was founded in the late eighties of the past century, when Andrea Carlini, still a student, interested in experiencing the world of viticulture, decided to use in an experimental way the study and research an old vineyard, inherited a long time ago, to observe directly in the field the knowledge acquired and verify the forms of the production processing and grapes transformation.
Later, driven by the desire to create a winery and by the passion arose in the meantime, he decided to plant new vineyards, using the scions of native grapes of the old vineyard, which were still preserving the best clones of Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Albanella grapes.
Meanwhile, the impressive bluff promontory overlooking the Adriatic Sea, that from Gabicce Mare leads to the city of Pesaro, in which the estate was located, was declared Regional Natural Park of Mount San Bartolo for its high biodiversity and for the amenity of the hilly landscape. The wines produced in it obtained the recognition of DOC "subzone" of Colli Pesaresi quality, being a particularly suited for vinegrowing territory for morphology and climate.
The broad consensus acquired by its wines has finally prompted the company to explain the same passion in the promotion and in the cultivation of selected Pinot Nero grapes, perhaps the most noble grape variety, which was also recognized as a Focara "subzone" by the Ministerial Decree of 13/10/2011, obtaining a brut of excellence, vinified with classic method.
Azienda Agricola Villa Lazzarini farm owes its name to the place where its wine–making business began, which until 2009 was owned by the Lazzarini family. Counts Lazzarini settled in the Marche region, perhaps, since the year 1000 and with certainty since 1247 as demonstrated by the plaque found in Morrovalle of Macerata which proves that the Morro di Valle castle was in the possession of Count Lazzarino (Information taken from "I conti Lazzarini di Morrovalle" by Lanfranco Lazzarini).
The same Lazzarini around the first half of the 19th century owned land and a villa in the "Cimarella" district, currently owned by our Azienda Agricola Villa Lazzarini farm. The corporate brand with two dolphins stylized in a modern style inside a shield show the origins and the historical value of those places. The Villa Lazzarini farm, therefore, was founded in 2009 by the passion for wine of its protagonists, determined to realize the dream of their wine production, in the wake of the experience gained in farming by some of their parents.
The objective is the enhancement of the original vines in the area of Macerata and with the imprint of our territory the characterization of other types of vines. Our philosophy is based on a production of wines of high quality, respecting the environment and nature. The vineyard management is made, in effect, only manually, so as to keep intact the landscape, while the vinification favors traditional methods and highlights the characteristics of the grapes produced. Walking next to the rows, anyone can notice the mowing of grass and the remains of pruning used as natural fertilizers that help prevent soil erosion and prove the exclusion of herbicides.
Cantina Romagnoli winery is located in Contrada Santa Maria del Fiore in the town of Morro d’Alba, between the cities of Jesi and Senigallia, on the fertile hills that slope down from the Apennines to the Adriatic Sea.
The Romagnoli family has always been linked to the world of agriculture and for decades has focused and specialized its production in the wine sector.
The vineyards of the company cover an area of about 11 hectares and are located in two large DOC: the lands of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi – Classico, and the limited territory of Lacrima di Morro d&rsuqo;Alba, a native variety that is located right in Contrada S. Maria del Fiore, one of the oldest sites of production.
The company is family owned and committed for three generations in the care of the entire production cycle: from cultivation to wine making, from working in the winery to bottling.
The Company is located in the central part of the Marche region, in the province of Macerata, in the hilly foothills area. Our production is focused on the Vernaccia Nera local variety, in effect, Azienda Vitivinicola Rocchi Paris & C. is the only one that can boast the production of the Vernaccia di Serrapetrona DOCG as well as the DOC – San Ginesio Spumante from Vernaccia grapes.
The estate vineyards extend over an area of 15 hectares in the municipalities of Caldarola and Belforte del Chienti.

Piantate Lunghe is a dream that has come true with stubborn determination: to revive and enhance a family passion, combining modern and traditional techniques.
The company was founded by the happy meeting of Amedeo Giustini, looking for partners to revive the family winery, with two dear family friends Roberto and Guido Mazzoni which added to the 4.5 hectares of Cantina Giustini their 8 hectares of vineyard, exceptional for position and care.
Those are hillside vineyards, with a perfect southern exposure, which degrade gently on the slopes of Mount Conero.
They are mainly cultivated with Montepulciano, to which a small percentage of Sangiovese is added, and offer, under the supervision of the agronomist Federico Curtaz, Rosso Conero DOC, DOCG and Sangiovese.
Le Senate was established in Altidona (FM) in 2003 by the passion of Giulio Visi and his desire to create a unique wine. The vineyards lie on a plateau 200 m above sea level, caressed by the sea breezes of the Adriatic Sea, and added, as Pliny the Elder reminds, in the first century BC, the ancient territory of the Ager Palmensis.
On a unique terroir, rich in concretions of calcium carbonate locally defined "cacinello" Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot thrive. Together with the careful and respectful work in the vineyard and in the winery, they give life to full–bodied, elegant and surprisingly soft wines, devoted to a great evolution.
Currently, the company offers Barbula 2012 and Cacinello 2011, the latter awarded with the Merano Wine and Culinaria 2013 Award.
The company was founded in 1997 in Contrada Calcinara in Candia (Ancona), by the initiative of Mario Berluti, an expert in the wine sector with experiences in the wine field, that brought him to identify in the composition of the soil of the hills of Candia an excellent venue for the development of the vine plant. It is so that in 1999, in the 20 hectares of owned land, he planted the first 4 ha of vineyards with Montepulciano grapes trained with spurred cordon.
The project is to bring the Montepulciano grape to its best expression, enhancing its strengths and highlighting the interaction that this vine can express with the land of Candia. That is why in 2005 the new vinification winery was founded and, only in 2007, the first Folle was created.
Meanwhile the vineyards were expanded reaching 9 hectares in total and also by the 4 hectares of olive groves the first single–variety oils were produced.
The whole family takes part in the entire production cycle, from the pruning of the vines to the harvest of the grapes in small boxes, from aging in oak barrels to the wine marketing.
The company is located in the Marche region (in central Italy on the Adriatic coast) in the territory of Monteciccardo in the province of Pesaro Urbino.
The estate covers an area of 60 hectares in hilly area at an altitude of 300 m above sea level and the composition and the exposure of the soil along with the microclimate contribute to forming the ideal habitat for the cultivation of the vine and olives.
The vineyard, of 10 hectares, was created in 2001 in the hills at an altitude of 300 m above sea level where, both the composition and the exposure of the soil along with the microclimate, help to create a perfect habitat for the vines.
After an accurate historical research on the territory and on the climate and soil characteristic grape varieties, 47,250 vines were planted, of which 27,250 with red berry and 20,000 with white berry. We gave priority to historical cultivars in our area like Albanello, Trebbiano, Incrocio Bruno, Alicante, Sangiovese and while not neglecting other interesting varieties such Aleatico, Lacrima, Bombino and Merlot. The training system chosen is spurred cordon espalier, for the vines characterized by low fertility of basal buds, and gouyot, for the vine varieties with high bud fertility.
The plant is characterized by a concentration of 5,000 plants per hectare and is provided with an helping irrigation system to compensate for any water shortages which may arise in particularly dry seasons.
Nine hectares of surface are grown with newly planted vineyards of grapes from vines of: Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Lacrima, Merlot, Maceratino (Greco Maceratese), Pecorino, Incrocio Bruni ’54 (Verdicchio–Sauvignon).
WINERY AND VINEYARDS
In the cellar, located right in the middle of the vineyards, the company produces and bottles DOC wines directly: Colli Maceratesi Bianco and Ribona, Rosso Piceno; IGT Marche Rosato, Bianco, Rosso.
The harvest is done by hand, in perforated boxes, with selection in the field and on the table in the wine cellar. The short path from the vineyard to the winery gives the opportunity to get high quality musts obtained, with regard to white wines and rosé, from the "soft" pressing of grapes with a pneumatic press.
The vinification of "red" wines occurs with whole grapes, de–stemmed. The winery is equipped with automated system for the temperature of the bottles. This allows, especially during fermentation, to preserve the typical aromas of the grapes, with gradually increasing temperatures.
Clarification is made with decanting. All with the wise guidance of an experienced oenologist.
