Otmar and Rosmarie Mair of Maso Besserer have created their own wine in 1998. From the modest beginning, they created an enterprise that now produces 30,000 bottles a year.
Surely, this is not an easy task, as the vineyards of Maso Bessererer decline steeply and can be cultivated only with difficulty.
But Rosmarie and Otmar have a task of a lifetime: to produce on their land in a hard way their natural quality wine, which today is known throughout South Tyrol and even elsewhere.
Martin and Gisela Aurich, companions in life and in business, have been leading for years, with great passion, Tenuta Unterortl. The small winery is on top of the wine production in South Tyrol, giving harvest after harvest some pleasant surprises.
The Termeno winery writes inevitably a part of the history of Gewürztraminer from Suoth Tyrol and is its main protagonist: still today, it sets the pace, seeking the production more and more interesting and elegant wines. But the full corporate range is of a level that has only few parallels in Italy.

At an age of 28, Markus Prackwieser started a quiet transformation and has produced his own wine since. His wines have been sought after both nationally and internationally, especially his outstanding Praesulis Selection wine range. The name Praesulis derives from the nearby Castle of Presule.
