Manfred Nossing, called &lduqo;Manni” by everyone, is a young and dynamic winemaker for passion that comes from a family of farmers and breeders, who owns a farm called “Hoandlhof”, on the hillside behind the built–up area of Bressanone/Brixen, about 600 meters of altitude in the Kranebitt locality. Traditionally, the grapes of 4 hectares of vineyard, which include the best wine–growing areas of the basin of Bressanone/Brixen, were conferred on the local wine cooperative, but “Manni”, in 1999, decided to start making wine on his own even if, only in 2003, managed to complete the construction the new cellar into the family farm, and the available hectares of vineyard became 5.
Thanks to the goodness and typicality of his wines, or maybe because “Manni” is a nice and original man, the success for his young company arrived almost immediately and culminated in prestigious awards by the leading guidebooks of the wine industry.
The Lunelli family wanted, since the eighties, add to Ferrari other productions that shared the values of high quality, refinement and a strong bond with the territory – to form what today is a group of excellence of drinks. The Lunelli froup sees, then, alongside Ferrari, a light and exclusive water like Surgiva, a historical grappa brand like Segnana, the Lunelli Trentino wines, the Tuscan ones of Podernovo Estete and the Umbrian ones of Castelbuono Estate and
Margon inn, a place of excellence and experiments for innovative combinations with bubbles.
San Leonardo is the fantastic result of a tradition that all over the world is defined “Bordeaux blend”. It is the combination of dream and tradition, to taste a wine able to transmit the character and the charm of the identity of the territory.
A strong and elegant red wine where colors, aromas, flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, aged in small oak barrels, melt with harmony creating a wine with a unique body, intense and with great depth of taste.
The Marco Donati Farm is located in the classic zone of Teroldego Rotaliano at the foot of the charming castles of Mezzocorona. Since 5 generations, the Donati family has been cultivating these vineyards that surround the winery built at the end of the noneteenth century, where small quantities of wine from grapes of owned vineyards are made.
Foradori, today, is a company on the way. After ten years of use of biodynamic preparations in the vineyards and of daily attentions in the winery, we begin to see the value of our work.
We have developed, over many years of experience, knowledge and awareness of natural cycles: each season brings new things, every day teaches and makes us understand something.
We have learned to listen attentively to grasp the subtle differences that exist in nature and to preserve the sincerity of character of the grapes expression of their place of origin.
Our farm work becomes, in this way, creativity: we have the duty and the privilege of getting up every morning and feel free to work according to the message that the land wants to send us in that moment.
We work in the mountains, cultivating Teroldego in the alluvial soils of Campo Rotaliano, Nosiola and Manzoni Bianco on the hills of clay and limestone of Cognola.
Foradori does not use synthetic chemicals, insecticides nor fertilizers. It has Demeter and ICEA certifications since 2009.
We harvest the grapes from 26 hectares of vineyards – 80% of Teroldego, 15% of Manzoni Bianco and 5% of Nosiola – to produce an average of 160,000 bottles per year: 90,000 of Foradori, 20,000 of Granato, 20,000 of Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco, 8,000 of Fontanasanta Nosiola and 10,000 for each of the old vineyards of Teroldego Sgarzon and Morei.

The idea behind the Cantina Sociale di Trento being in the City with its wines, comes from a deep passion for viticulture and the deepest emotions that drive it. It is the passion for old fashioned viticulture, that permeates the very earth, capable of building an identity for the whole community.
The Bailoni family has been dedicating to wine for half a century: vineyards are all native, and the company’s products have quality and a strong personality.
In 1893, the vintners of Andriano took a decisive step and combined their skills and energies to form the first co-operative of winemakers in South Tyrol. With dedication and a keen sense of taste, they strove to constantly achieve and maintain a level of quality that can stand the test of time – and they have been striving since 2008 under the aegis of the Terlano Wine Cellars.
The company has less than two hectares, all organically grown, and produces wines of excellent definition.
The company one of the most ancient Caldaro. In effect, the activity of winemaking of the family was attested already in 1731. About sixty thousand bottles are produced per year, divided into two lines: Amistar and Desilvas.
Once belonged to the monasteries of the Bavarian prelate farm is run for generations by the family Rohregger. Since the year 1986 the grapes are processed and marketed by the owner and winemaker.

Otmar and Rosmarie Mair of Maso Besserer have created their own wine in 1998. From the modest beginning, they created an enterprise that now produces 30,000 bottles a year.
Surely, this is not an easy task, as the vineyards of Maso Bessererer decline steeply and can be cultivated only with difficulty.
But Rosmarie and Otmar have a task of a lifetime: to produce on their land in a hard way their natural quality wine, which today is known throughout South Tyrol and even elsewhere.
Martin and Gisela Aurich, companions in life and in business, have been leading for years, with great passion, Tenuta Unterortl. The small winery is on top of the wine production in South Tyrol, giving harvest after harvest some pleasant surprises.
