The company has been handed down as a dowry to the Tarczal family thanks to a marriage between Gèza Dell’Adami de Tarczal, Admiral of the imperial Austro–Hungarian fleet, and the Countess Irma Alberti di Poja, a family from Trentino also very well known for being the birthplace of a Prince Bishop of Trento.

The vineyards are tended to by hand, and the grapes are carefully harvested to ensure maximum flavor and aroma.
