In Trentino, in a country by a name full of poetry and of an ancient past, Rover della Luna, near Mount Gaier, immersed in the vineyards, the Gaierhof company operates selecting the best grapes to make wine and produce great wine, the fruit of knowledge about wine, technology and passion.



Gaierhof is the story of three generations of the Togn family, which began in 1943 with Germano Togn, father of Luigi, who drives the company today flanked by his three daughters, Romina, Martina, Valentina and son Goffredo Pasolli.



This winemaking vocation has deep roots in Trentino winery traditions and in the expertise that has been handed down from father to son, getting richer each time, starting with the first grape–grower in the Togn family.
Experience, experimentation, leading–edge production equipment, ongoing and painstaking care for quality: these are the key factor behind Gaierhof’s success in penetrating and succeeding in all markets. Today the Gaierhof Estate is a synonym for completeness and maturity.



Enthusiasm and tradition live together, exalted by high–tech know–how that sizes all the opportunities offered by innovation. In fact, Luigi Togn was one of the first in the Trentino Region to import horizontal presses after seeing them during one of his many travels to great winegrowing nations. Today these presses are held to be priceless in their ability to give greater balance to must.
