Faedo has always been a wine–producing village; among all the local producers, Graziano Fontana stands out for the way in which he managed to capitalize on his vineyards, focusing on the quality of his wines. His winery, founded in 1989, now boasts the production of 35,000 bottles per year.

Casa Vinicola F.lli Campostrini S.n.c.

The F.lli Campostrini Wine House was founded in 1927 and deals with bottling of wines from Trentino: Marzemino, Teroldego, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Mullet Thurgau. Moreover, it distributes exclusively for the provinces of Trento and Bolzano, non–alcoholic sparkling grape juice, 100% natural and Prosecco DOC Veneto.

Azienda Vitivinicola Villa Corniole

VILLA CORNIOLE is the winemaking company of the Pellegrini family, who has been cultivating vines for generations as a tradition, and who for over a decade has also embarked on the road of winemaking in Verla near Giovo, Trentino, a wine cellar carved into the porphyritic rock of Cembra, one of a kind.



In the mountain winery, the Pellegrini family vinifies grapes owned, those of other relatives, as well as those of some small farmers followed directly by the winery technician, for a total of about 10 hectares of vineyards.



The wines are obtained with grapes that come from both the lush Rotaliana plain, long the Adige or the Noce rivers, but also from the Avisiane Hills and the pretty terraces of Cembra, a national heritage.



Both in the vineyard, respecting the winemaking traditions and the land, and in the cellar, with the help of technological innovation, we constantly work to produce wines of high quality, as evidenced by the numerous awards won in competitions, both nationally and internationally.



The philosophy of VILLA CORNIOLE is to produce the best wine from each vineyard.

Azienda Agricola Simoni Ferruccio

AZIENDA AGRICOLA SIMONI is a winery in Trentino, founded in 1918 by the will of Grandfather Giuseppe, who passed on his passion for three generations.

In the winery, owned grapes are vinified, coming from vineyards located in an area particularly suited for viticulture in Trentino: the Cembra Valley. Among the wines produced, the outstanding Muller Thurgau stands out, a wine known and especially appreciated for a long time, that found in this valley a perfect environment for the production of high quality. In the vineyard and in the winery, Ferruccio works constantly to achieve culinary delights to share with guests, offering the opportunity to be enchanted by our culture of traditional eating and drinking.

Opera Vitivinicola

In Verla near Giovo, the winery of Opera result of an architectural project of recovery and expansion of the Napoleone Rossi winery, the oldest in the Cembra Valley, founded in the nineteenthe century and closed in recent years.
The winery is part of a landscape of great environmental value, characterized by terraced vineyards that stretch along the gorge of the valley.

The architectural choices and the attention to detail of the materials are intended to respect this environment, seeking the harmonious combination of a contemporary structure and the charm of a landscape designed by nature. The project had a double objective: on one hand the enhancement of tourism in the Valley, by providing areas to host people and promoting typical local products, and secondly the creation of cutting edge vinification spaces and equipment, designed especially for the working phases of Trento DOC.

Azienda Agricola Pelz

The Pelz company was founded in 1995 by the idea of three brothers, Diego, Michele and Franco, with the aim to create a product that could express freely the uniqueness of the wine reality of the Cembra Valley. The company owns more or less 9 hectares of land spread on the South–eastern slope of the Cembra Valley, from which they obtain their wines: MULLER THURGAU, RIESLING, KERNER, CHARDONNAY, SCHIAVA, LAGREIN ROSATO, PINOT NERO and 10 VENDEMMIE: a late harvest of riesling.

Azienda Vinicola Nicolodi Alfio

The Alfio Nicolodi’s company was founded by grandfather Antonio in the early twentieth century in Cembra, in the historic district of Carraja. Since 1985, Alfio has taken the reins, carefully following both the vineyards in the processing, changing the plants and the vinification techniques of grapes, and the whole production phase until bottling, selecting the different types of grapes in order to obtain better and better wines.

Since 2000 engaged with much energy to the reinstatement of the historic vines of the valley, a long–term project of which in recent years we are beginning to see the results, more and more important.
