Their search for tradition is tenacious, wines are produced using only grapes from the area (Sangiovese, Canaiolo, black and white Malvasia, Trebbiano, Ciliegiolo) and are aged in traditional wooden barrels.
The harvest of grapes as much as of olives is handmade and olives are pressed within 36 hours.
FABER IGT Reserve is obtained from a selection of 100% Sangiovese.
RESERVE of MISCIANELLO is obtained from a selection of Sangiovese and Canaiolo.
PETTIROSSO IGT is composed of the same grapes that from 1716 to 2006 have composed Chianti Classico: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, White Malvasia and Trebbiano.
