San Quirico is company owned by Andrea Vecchione, cultivating thirty hectares of land according to the dictates of organic farming.

The company was founded in 1959 thanks to Giovanni and Bruna Troiani; it is still family–run, now covers 45 hectares of land planted with olive groves and vineyards, partly arable and woodland.
The vineyards are located on predominantly hilly lands, of medium texture, lightweight, suitable for the production of quality wines.
They are still handcrafted with forms spurred cordon and guyot, according to the ancient Tuscan tradition.
The grapes are then harvested in September, always by hand, and transferred in the wine cellar, where the fermentation of wine and finally bottling take place.
Ferrero is a small reality, that in recent years has been able to improve both in local wines and in international labels. Due to the characteristics of the soil, clayey and calcareous on average, located 300 meters above sea level, the wines produced are powerful and intense.

Paolo and Lucia Bianchini deal with their company with great passion and dedication: recently, enlargements of the vineyards, with purchases in the area of Montecucco, have been made; the winery is located close to the vineyards in the locality of Molinello.

Campogiovanni is owned by Agricola San Felice, which in recent years has decided to renew the vineyards in the area.
From 1995 on the estate produces grapes by biological methods: this means copper and sulfur salts as antiparassite insecticides and genuine fertilizer; that is, products with a very low toxicity.
Then from 2001, our wine-making itself is a certified biological process. All my efforts go towards a continuing qualitative improvement of the wines we produce: quality above all.
