Tenuta Olim Bauda

TENUTA OLIM BAUDA is a family-owned winery that produces exceptional wines using sustainable farming practices. Luigi Spertino

The Spertino family has been devoting itself for generations to the cultivation of vines and the vinification of grapes.

Even grandfather Luigi Spertino (who, like him, was called Luigi) grew vines and produced both Barbera and Grignolino.

Their winegrowers tradition continued for four generations.

The company’s commercial breakthrough took place in 1978, when Luigi Spertino decided to bottle all his wine, that coming from the grapes of his own vineyards, as well as that coming from purchased grapes.

Today, in the winery winemaking techniques that combine technological innovation, such as the cold pre–fermentative maceration, is combined with the tradition handed down from generation to generation.

Coppo

Coppo Winery is a family-owned winery committed to crafting exceptional wines using sustainable viticulture practices. Braida

La Braida is a young company that experiences great synergy, comparisons and enthusiasm which involve family and the staff. It owns 56 hectares for the production of DOCG wines (Barbera, Moscato, Brachetto) and DOC wines (Grignolino, Monferrato Rosso, Langhe Bianco, Langhe Chardonnay).

Filippa Marco

Vinchio - Vaglio Serra

The Winery has been founded on February 26, 1959 by 19 vine-growers from Vinchio and Vaglio Serra.
It counts now 180 members, that are owners and tenants of about 320 hectares of vineyard.
These vineyards are concentrated for the most part in Vinchio and Vaglio Serra. Only a restricted part is situated in the neighbouring villages (Incisa Scapaccino, Cortiglione, Nizza Monferrato).
These lands, situated on the Alto Monferrato's hills, are not very fertile, being mostly calcareous and sandy. Most of the vineyards are located on very steep slopes, where plants are close each other.
They exploit the best sun exposure.
This viticulture needs the constant presence of man for most part of the work. For this reason, grapes give of their best: low yield (1,5/2 kilos of grapes for each vinestock), high sugar content.
Well... these grapes have all the characteristics to become a great wine.
For the cultivation of vineyards the members have a technical assistance service for the grape protection, in order to carry out a viticulture with low environmental impact, reducing the use of pesticides.

Vigne dei Mastri

Aldo Bertelli produces international wines in Piedmont, with a refined, smart, curious, different from the usual style.

Cascina Salerio

The company was founded from the union of the companies of Giuliana Bianco and Claudio Pia for a total of eight hectares of land with vines. Production is limited to just a few labels at low prices.
