Welcome to Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta, one of the oldest and most respected winemaking families of Piedmont, Italy. Here we will refer to it as Piemonte. Since the days of our ancestor, Marchese Leopoldo, dating back to the mid 1800's, we have been devoted to the vineyard cultivation in our unique terroir, the Monferrato Hills. Along with the hills of Langhe and Roero very nearby, these hills deliver some of the best wines in the world.
Located in Piemonte, we are one of Italy's most important wine-growing regions, on the border of France and Switzerland. Piemonte's literal meaning is the foot of the mountain, because it is lined by the Alps and the Appenine mountains.

In the land of Barolo, worldwide famous for naming the great and celebrated wine, the farm CABUTTO
" Tenuta La Volta", founded in 1920, produces with experience and enthusiasm and care the great red wines of the Langhe, following typicalness and tradiction.
The farm is maged by the brothers CABUTTO Osvaldo, oenologist, and Bruno, sale responsible.
The vineyards and the buildings of our farm are situated around the castle LA VOLTA, imposing overlooking the precious vineyards.
The farm "Tenuta La Volta" stretches for 18 hectars of specialized vineyards. Carefully selecting the grapes and making wine, we obtain different typical wines, each of them bearing the name of the vineyard the grapes come from.
Owing to the characteristics of the clayey-calcareous land, the altitude of vineyards (300-400 m above sea level) and the good temperature range, we produce very complex and classy wines, long ageing wines the maturing of we emotionally follow day after day.
The historic winery has now developed into a modern company that nonetheless retains all the original devotion and commitment to the land.
The vineyard estate CA' DU SINDIC is nestled amongst the rolling hills of Santo Stefano Belbo, a small town in the heart of the Moscato area.
The family is originally from the nearby village of Cossano Belbo where Ilario Grimaldi together with his wife Vittorina and son Sergio cultivated a manageable piece of land on the San Pietro hill.
Unfortunately is was only partially suitable for the cultivation of grapes, so they looked around in the close-by area of Santo Stefano Belbo for a piece of fertile soil especially appropriate for the cultivation of the fragrant and aromatic Moscato and struck gold in 1972 when they found the San Grato hill, which was in a perfect position for their „object of desire“. For sale was the former mayor of Santo Stefano Belbos' house which also took it's name from him: Ca' Du Sindic (piemontese for „sindaco“, mayor). The estates vineyards of five hectares have been cultivating moscato grapes since the beginning of 1900.
For the next 15 years they sold the yield to major producers but
the grapes were so beautiful and fragrant that Sergio decided in 1987 to produce and merchandise his own Moscato d'Asti and hence the vineyard estate CA' DU SINDIC was born.
The Grasso family have been making wine since 1927, but have only bottling all their production since the mid-1980s, when Alessio Federico (the current proprietor) took over from his father Silvio. He now farms 11 hectares (27 acres), 5 estate-owned and 6 leased, with his wife Marilena, and their sons Paolo, an enologist Food Technology degree, and Silvio.

Dacapo was established in 1997 by restructuring an old wine estate and buiiding a new cel/ar under the vineyards surrounding the farmhouse.
The idea was to produce wines different from those made to suit the international taste, wines increasingly homogenous, almost without heart.
The two founders strongly believe in the "personality" of a wine, and therefore decided to focus on finesse, elegance and terroir, making the most of the full potential of the vineyards of Agliano Terme, always considered to be among the best "crus" of Barbera.
Azienda Agricola Cieck was founded in 1985, when Lodovico Bardesono and Remo Falconieri, both descendants of vinegrowers and winemakers, put together their experience and their vineyards. Today, Azienda Agricola Cieck cultivates 16 hectares of vineyard on the hills of Canavese (on the North-West side of Piemonte, Italy) and produces high quality wines from the grapes harvested on the estate.
