The new winery comes to life in 2002 in the heart of the DOC and DOCG Venetian production, from the necessity of the cellar master Vittorino Valent to find a personal reality, free and fertile, in order to express his viticultural and winemaking experience at the highest levels. A man who has always believed strongly in his land and in the close contact between man and nature.
A bond rooted in his childhood and living in his insights. We thought it was important to respect the career of our plants. Our vineyards are restored by qualified operators, not just replaced. A journey that lasts a lifetime. A breeding method that produces much less grapes per plant but ensures a more rich in sugar and extracts raw material and a structured high–quality final product.

The wine history of the DOC Lison – Pramaggiore is rooted in the times of the Roman Empire and the joyful Serenissima Rebublic of Venice chose the wines of this area for its aristocratic banquets.
Daniele Piccinin, with the support of his wife Diana and their children, to which was able to instill knowledge and perseverance, strong and tenacious in his beliefs, makes of his Azienda Agricola LE CARLINE an admirable example for the application of the methods of organic agriculture.
This Winery adopts strictly right agronomic measures, such as organic composting, to safeguard the ecosystem, the green pruning, that should encourage as much as possible the aeration of grapes, and the natural cultivation without anti–cryptogamic solutions and synthetic insecticides.
A difficult choice, under the watchful eye of ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification), which guarantees, controls and certifies who carries out activities respecting the environment and the consumers.

Azienda Agricola Collovini Adelino operates in the heart of a land of great wine tradition inside the D.O.C. LISON–PRAMAGGIORE district. On these grounds the great wines of Azienda Collovini, all obtained solely from its own grapes vinified in accordance with the most healthy traditions and using the most advanced technologies. Azienda Collovini is family–run and has been producing wine for many generations, always engaged in research, to improve and offer a wine of the highest quality and of great personality.

Founded around the 70s, the Ai Galli farming company owns about 50 hectares of land fully planted with vineyards located in the Lison–Pramaggiore D.O.C. production area. It is conducted with love and passion in compliance with centuries–old peasant traditions and respecting the laws and rhythms that nature imposes.
The principles of organization and production at the base of the results to which the company aims are the reduction of yield per hectare, the thickening of vineyards already in existence, the implantation of new vineyards with a high number of plants per hectare. The control of the vinification process and the subsequent storage of the wines obtained make use of modern technology provided by oenology.
A result is the production of a wide range of wines that increasingly arise attention of lovers of good wine. The awards obtained in recent years are, for the company, not a point of arrival, but a confirmation that the path undertaken is the right one and encourage it to continue in that direction.
Strongly rooted in the local area, ie in the whole Triveneto and in northern Italy, the company has given itself a commercial organization which enables it to be present already today in the most important European markets.
The Venice Wines Consortium was founded in 2011 by the fusion of the Voluntary Consortium for the Protection of the Lison Pramaggiore DOC Wines and the Consortium for the Protection of the Piave DOC Wines with the aim to protect and enhance the Designations of Controlled Origin that stretch in the hinterland of Venice, between the provinces of Treviso and Venice.
The Venice Wine Consortium protects 44 DOC and 2 DOCG wines, one white, Lison, and one red, Malanotte del Piave (which will be officially launched on 1st November this year), bringing together over 4,000 producers in the provinces of Pordenone, Treviso and Venice. An area naturally and historically suited to wine–growing, currently among the most important and advanced in Italy.
Numerous testimonies attest that in the plains of the provinces of Treviso and Venice there were vineyards owned by the Doges, and local wines of the Venetian Republic were produced. Literature also shows evidence of sending of Venetian wines to the courts of Poland, of Emperor Otto and of Charlemagne. The quality of these wines, then, was already well known in ancient times.
The Voluntary Consortium for the Protection of Wines with Designation of Origin "Lison - Pramaggiore" was established on 3rd November 1974 to promote and protect the three D.O.C. wines then recognized: Tocai di Lison, Merlot and Cabernet Pramaggiore.
The principal activity of the consortium is to ensure that the wines of the members are placed on the market in full compliance with national and EU legislation. Thus exercises a supervisory action in order to prevent abuse and fraud with the improper use of the Lison–Pramaggiore, defending the collective interests.
In addition, the Consortium offers its members a technical support service in viticulture and enology, and last but not least, tries to provide each producer, through research and experimentation, the right information to exploit the peculiarities of its own vineyard.
Particular attention also paid to integrated pest management in viticulture to ensure that we can bring to maturity the grapes with the least possible number of pesticide treatments. With pride, we can say that on this delicate issue, which affects the healthiness of the final product and environmental protection, producers have shown particular sensitivity scrupulously following the advice that they are given to them by the technicians of the consortium.
At the headquarters of the Consortium, a modern, well equipped laboratory for enochemical and soil analysis operates, accredited according to a UNI EN 17025 law and officially licensed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
