Bosco Del Merlo

Bosco del Merlo is the company–garden of the Paladin family.


On the border between Veneto and Friuli, in the area of Lison Pramaggiore, the beautiful vineyards are cultivated with great care, with a rose at the head of each row, to join the beautiful and the good.


In every moment of the production, from the selection of the vines to the sale of the bottles, we employ the best of the most advanced knowledge, combined to love for nature and for a well done job, because an excellent wine is made ​​in the vineyard for 90%, and in the winery for 10%.


The production, devoted to the pursuit of typicality and quality, results in an interesting but contained wine list, suitable for the tables of Italian and international haute cuisine.
It is evidenced by the many awards received over the years in competitions and guides.


Bosco del Merlo is an environmentally friendly farming and wine–growing estate. We want egrets and herons to rest in our hillocks, typical small fish fauna to prosper in our clear waters, we want that among the grass and in the hedges typical of our land birds continue to nest peacefully, under the acute eye of the implacable buzzard. To do this, we have our Nature Project, very broad, aimed at continuously improving the quality of the wines and of the resource management.

Founded around the 70s, the Ai Galli farming company owns about 50 hectares of land fully planted with vineyards located in the Lison–Pramaggiore D.O.C. production area. It is conducted with love and passion in compliance with centuries–old peasant traditions and respecting the laws and rhythms that nature imposes.



The principles of organization and production at the base of the results to which the company aims are the reduction of yield per hectare, the thickening of vineyards already in existence, the implantation of new vineyards with a high number of plants per hectare. The control of the vinification process and the subsequent storage of the wines obtained make use of modern technology provided by oenology.



A result is the production of a wide range of wines that increasingly arise attention of lovers of good wine. The awards obtained in recent years are, for the company, not a point of arrival, but a confirmation that the path undertaken is the right one and encourage it to continue in that direction.



Strongly rooted in the local area, ie in the whole Triveneto and in northern Italy, the company has given itself a commercial organization which enables it to be present already today in the most important European markets.
