The Caferro winery offers wines made from native grapes such as:
1) "Fior d'Arancio", a sweet sparkling wine, unparalleled
2) Prosecco, with its 150 days on the lees in post–foaming to 5 atm. that make its bubbles pleasant and delicate
and from international varieties such as
1) Chardonnay: an austere wine, emblem of the harshness of the land where the grapes are grown
2) Cabernet: a wine with a strong character, with a marked smell and mature aftertaste
3) Merlot: that with its scents of violets and undergrowth leaves lovers of red wines with the desire of tasting them again.
Stand out, above all:
1) "Caferro Noir": Cabernet, Merlot, Raboso give rise to a perfect union, balanced and with strong structure ... with this reserve meditation is a must
2) "Caferro Blanc": a chardonnay that after fermentation and rest in barrels, is aged for 6 months in bottles.

Ca’ Bruzzo was founded in 1985 when Aldo Bruzzo and Sarah Wallace purchased the small farm in the Berici Hills of Vicenza and moved from San Francisco to fulfill their dream, producing natural wines from 5 hectares of centuries-old vineyards.
Aldo Bruzzo has origins from Vicenza and the company is 500 meters from the house where his father Amedeo Bruzzo was born. Ca’ Bruzzo is certified as an organic farm with a production of no more than 20,000 bottles a year.
Aldo Bruzzo is an engineer who, once left the Bechtel Corporation, dedicated himself to the whimsical wine industry, where his experience and technical ability to solve problems resulted to be very useful.
His philosophy as a winemaker is firmly based on the concept of the small farm, Aldo performs pruning by hand on each of the 15,000 lives in total expressing his personal view about the development of grapes.
Oenology and wine maturation are based completely on his interpretations and tastes.
Mr. Giotto Rodolfo has always worked, since childhood, in agriculture and particularly closely to vines. Once grown up and married to Mrs. Marina, he continued to work the land for the account of third parties, or as a seller of firewood covering far and wide the province of Treviso and the province of Venice. With this activity he had the opportunity to know many people and, realizing that the cultivation of the vine and its transformation into wine was taking root, with many sacrifices the Giotto family decided to buy their first plot of land where they created the first vineyard of their business.
During the early years, the production of the vineyard was intended to be conveyed to a cooperative winery in the area and only a small part of the production of grapes was used for the production of wine for family use; hence Rodolfo decided to devote himself full time to growing grapes and producing wine for direct sales, producing it in a simple and genuine way.
Over the years the increasing demand for bulk wine led to the enlargement of the family estate going from 1.5 hectares in 1965 to the current 12 hectares, all planted with vineyards of different grape varieties.
The opening of a new store in front of the processing cellar dates back to 1981. In the harvest period, and not only, you can watch the production and processing of grapes into wine.
In the early 2000s there was a gradual replacement of old vineyards with new ones, having as a focal point the quality of grapes and wine flowing therefrom. The vineyard sites of the company are all owned, are arranged in various plots, characterized by different altitudes and soils.
The plots on Montello face south and have largely clayey soil, give full–bodied and long lasting red wines (16) and rich in taste white wines (Glera, Millennium, Spumante). The plots in the valley are softer and rich in texture, giving origin to wines with more marked flavours: red wines appear to be lively and ready to drink, white wines express marked flavours and are intended to be marketed in bottles as bulk wines.
In the company, the weeding of the rows takes place mechanically trying to lower the impact of chemistry on the cultivation of grapes. The same philosophy is adopted in the processing of wine using only natural products and reducing as much as possible the use of sulfites, always searching for innovative products and techniques that respect the taste of homemade wine.
Our company is situated east of Treviso, and precisely in Monastier, arose already in the mid–nineteenth century, but only since the early twentieth century it has been directed toward vinegrowing and winemaking of excellent quality, thanks to the processing of grapes derived from highly suited to the climatic conditions of the place varieties, such as Raboso, Cabernet, Malbech and Pinot Grigio.
The winery had been obtained already by great grandfather Giuseppe Nicoli within the premises of an old Venetian villa appropriately restored after the First World War that had partly damaged it.
The vineyards of the Castelletto company, grouped into one large body of 15 hectares, are all located in the territory of MONASTIER, southeast of TREVISO, near the border with Venice, between the BELLUNO Dolomites and the VENICE lagoon.
The land, rich in limestone, clay and organic matter, gives the wines body and structure, while maintaining the elegance that characterizes them.
The facilities are in modern style, with more than 3,000 vines per hectare, and with little vigorous rootstocks to ensure the quality of the grapes.

These wines, in turn, are different in several clones that, along with the factor–terroir, express differently their smell and taste features.
Founded in the 40s, it is located in the historic and beautiful hills of Valdobbiadene and is located right in the heart of the production area of Prosecco DOCG, which has always been an extraordinary Land of winemaking traditions.
Our vineyards, which stretch for 8 hectares, are located in an area called Valle Lunga, hence the name of our company.
The origins of this vine date back to the fifteenth century.
We work personally our Land and with painstaking dedication and commitment we follow every single moment of the production system, from vine planting to pruning, from flowering to the control a perfect ripening of the grapes which then give us a good harvest, of course with collection made by hand.
Thanks to the hard work of men but also thanks to our mild and sunny climate, we can transform the arid winter vines in an incredible set of leaves, colors and scents.
For these reasons, those who consume our product, not only purchase a bottle of wine but also the result of a great effort, a true and sincere passion for wine, for vines and for their own Land.
The Pozzobon farm was founded in the remote eighteenth century from the setting up of peasants in the Paolini countryside in Volpago del Montello, in Belvedere locality, directly employed by the Noble Caotorta. The activity of the farm was centered in the cultivation of the vines to supply wine to the aristocrats.
In 1969 Countess Matilde Ponti, heir to the noble Antifone Caotorta, sold much of the Paolini estate to the current Commendator Pozzobon, since then producer and seller of the wine produced in his own countryside.
The activity at the Paolini countryside is characterized by passion for the vineyards and sacrifice in the work, which have always guarded the secret of the transformation of grapes into excellent wine.
Thanks to the prestige gained by virtue of the valuable processing of his wine, Mr. Rosalio Pozzobon was awarded the title of Knight on 27.12.1993, Officer on 27/12/1996 and Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic on 27/12/2004.
The long tradition behind and the captivating taste of the wine produced in the Paolini countryside are the reasons why true connoisseurs have always chosen us.
The best products are created from the love for one’s work, from the knowledge that one has about tools and the ability in knowing how to use them. The Pozzobon farm has been cultivating its countryside land since the eighteenth century, when it was the official supplier of the wineries of a noble family: Caotorta.
The guardian of the secret of those vineyards is Commander Pozzobon, who takes care of his vineyards guaranteeing consumers the same noble quality which since then has been characterizing the wine of the Paolini countryside.
In the tuff and basaltic hills of the wide basin of the Alpone Valley, near the center of which the modern wine cellar stands, with an area of 7,000 square meters devoted to the various departments of drying, fermentation, aging and sparkling making, up to bottling and storage.
The company works every year about 6,000 tons of grapes, obtained from approximately 60 hectares of vineyards owned and 25 hectares of well–selected local farmers who work in close relationship with the Marcato.
The wisdom of the land and passion: these are the cornerstones of the production of Marcato wines, a family–run company, attentive to innovation, projected into the future with the enthusiasm and determination of the new generations.
Each wine of the Marcato has its own soul and its own history, written by the harmony between each grape variety and the characteristics of the area where the vineyard is cultivated, and by the particular harmony between the vine and the ground, occurred over the centuries, refined with experience and technique.
The Zanoni family has been growing vines and producing wine in Valpolicella since the beginning of the century. Pietro gave continuity to this tradition starting in 1998 to bottle the wines made exclusively from grapes grown in the estate. The company covers approximately 10 ha: 1 ha with olive trees, from which you get an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 6.5 ha of vineyards, all in the Valpolicella D.O.C. area. The vineyards are divided into 3 fields located in the hills north of Verona in the villages of Avesa, Parona and Quinzano. This latter, located in Zovo locality, is the plot of greater dimensions and value, where recently the new corporate seat has been completed.
The winery: the place where everything is transformed and takes flavor.
The wines we produce are the result of the passion of a family that for four generations has been vinifying great grapes to obtain excellent wines, now in the new and modern winery.
In the new basement winery of 350 square meters, designed to be functional to produce wine, the various processes of vinification and aging of the nectar of the Pat del Comel D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. wines take place.
Behind every bottle you taste there is a well–established path, which allows us to get the wine as we have always wanted.
In our vineyards, grapes are all harvested by hand and only when perfectly ripe and, once they reach the winery, they undergo a soft pressing and musts pass to the temperature–controlled fermentation in order to retain colors, scents and aromas in the best way.
The fining of the wines is made according to the tradition, but with the use of modern technologies, and are kept in containers made of steel.
Special attention for the red grapes that are fermented on their skins for 10/15 days, and then the wine obtained is aged in oak casks or small barrels that help to enrich the organoleptic characteristics and to create wines that smell intensely of grapes and pass down, in every sip, a feeling of genuineness.

My adventure starts here in Torbe di Negrar. On the high hills on the border between the Valpolicella Classica and the Regional Park of Lessinia.
A land that has always been dedicated to agriculture and to the excavation of the Prun Stone or Lessinia Stone.
"Terre di Pietra" owes its name to the soil of limestone/marl characterized by the formation of layers of solid stone.
Our label, made up of many colored stripes, is meant to represent the different layers of rock that make up our subsoil. In addition, since the miners gave to each course (layer) a name depending on the location or the prevalent use or pigmentation, our wines take up these names. So, they are called: Stopegna, Stelar, Mesal, Rosson and Rabiosa.
You will not find technology in my winery. Only much craftsmanship, I prefer to give space to the hands and instinct than to modernity.
In the drying of grapes I do not use dehumidifiers nor fans, everything happens in a natural way by opening or closing the various openings. I do not hurry up and leave grapes its necessary time.
In winemaking I do not use fermentation tanks nor other types of automated tanks. Pumping over, wine–crushing and all other necessary operations are carried out by hand, depending on how I feel and I see wine.
The result are wines without compromise, very much related to territoriality and seasonality of every single harvest. From the strong acidity and freshness of those produced with the grapes of the hilly area of Torbe, to the softer and more structured ones produced on the fertile grounds of Marcellise.
The pomegranate, an ancient symbol of fruitfulness and numerous descendants, was chosen as a mark and offered as a pledge of vitality and enthusiasm. In the beautiful valley of cherry trees, in a still intact and bound to tradition environment, the company conducts its activities. If the image of the pomegranate is a propitious symbol, this demonstrates the success achieved achieved by the company in a short time, getting good production and quality levels.
Agostino Vicentini has inherited from his father Francesco 14 hectares of vineyards, as well as passion, love for the land, the secrets of the craft and the experience gained in the 40 years of his activities. To this, Agostino added the desire to reach new goals, trying to get the best from a nature that is already very generous.
The Giuseppe Bonollo Winery is situated in Fara Vicentino a few kilometers from Breganze, a territory of the Vespaiolo and Torcolato D.O.C.
The company was founded thanks to the passion of Giuseppe, who graduated in agriculture and later in chemistry, a passion that led him in 1980 to produce a small quantity of Breganze D.O.C. wine (2,000/3,000 bottles).
Now the production of recognized quality reaches 30/35,000 bottles a year, with the help of his wife Olga and son Matteo, an oenologist graduated at the University of Milan.
Our roots: with a title of nobility dating back to the seventeenth century, in 2002 Ermenegildo Giusti, a noble from Conegliano, committed himself to revive an old family tradition, rediscovering its cultural heritage.
Therefore, like his father, Augusto Giusti, born in Venissieux France, who produced and had a lively passion for wine, even Ermenegildo Giusti began to invest in Italy, his native land, in 2004, buying a plot of land of two hectares first, from which the Giusti Wine would stem.
The Giusti Wine company was founded and developed, in effect, on an original holding with vineyards dating back to 1945, when it was a small company with a few hectares that already boasted a tradition in the production of Prosecco, Bianchetta and Verdiso.
Giusti Wine grew quickly and from the first vineyard, planted in 2006, in a short time the current dimension was achieved, for an area of about 75 hectares in which we produce Prosecco, white and red wines.
