Cantina La Morciola winery



Established in 1969 by 16 enterprising winemakers, La Morciola cooperative company counts today about 200 members who cultivate over 500 hectares of vineyards in one of the oldest wine–making districts in Italy where vines have been cultivated for over 2000 years.



The logo of the company incorporates the inscription of a Roman cup dating back to the fourth century AD, preserved at the Oliveriano Museum of Pesaro. This very ancient cultivation was started and developed in a rolling area of gentle ​​hills sloping down to the Adriatic Sea where the vineyards, supported by robust terraces, seem plunge, tying the sea to the cave complexes and the thick network of gorges originated from the rivers Foglia, Metauro and Cesano.



In the wine landscape of Pesaro, La Morciola obtains a high quality production and, thanks to the work of selection made in the vineyards and in the winery, is able to express and enrich the old wine flavour of this land and its types of wines with Designation of Controlled Origin like:

Fattoria Laila

Fattoria Laila is a company that has been present in the winemaking scene for over 50 years. Located in the hills a few kilometers from the Adriatic coast, it is stretching over 40 hectares. Here they grow in harmony with the traditionally suited to wine&ndash:making environment, both red and white grapes, according to selection criteria based on quality. Andrea Crocenzi in 1990 chooses to undertake the business of vine grower taking over the farm. Starting from the existing vineyards he directs production towards high specialization with high quality standards, marrying the most innovative wine–making technologies with respect for tradition. In the winery, our wines are fined, the result of carefully selected grapes from our farm.

The aging of the wine takes place in the basement of the winery thanks to the natural constant temperature. By the attention paid to the production of these wines four products that represent our company come.

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore that represents the tradition of this territory. A fresh, dry wine without strong acidity that goes well with appetizers, entrees and fish dishes. Rosso Piceno DOC, dry, savoury and pleasantly tannic. Ideal for all dishes of meat and fish. Eklektikos is a Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore. It comes from the best vineyard of the company selecting the grapes.

It is aged in stainless steel vats. Excellent with fish dishes. The Lailum Bianco is a Verdicchio Doc Riserva aged in barrels for eighteen months. It is a fine wine, persistent and fresh. The best match is with appetizers and fish dishes. The Lailum Rosso is a Rosso Piceno DOC, is the spearhead of the company.

Fruity fragrance and a selected bouquet are the main features of this wine. Ideal for dishes of great class, it goes well with roasts, meat and aged cheese. The quality of our products is also visible in industry guides which recognize to Fattoria Laila major awards.

Azienda Agricola Roberto Lucarelli is located in Cartoceto, 225 meters above sea level, in the hills on the north of the Marche region, an area where the river Metauro flows, which devoted its name to the territory of the wine.

Roberto is a pioneer in the new world of wine. The Italian sun and the influence of the Adriatic Sea on the Metauro countryside, have greatly contributed to help Roberto, in its modern winery, to produce excellent wines while maintaining unequivocally the traditional character in production, handed down for generations.

Along with the constant support and presence of his wife Esther, who is responsible for marketing and sales, they have built the company that currently distributes the Lucarelli wines in Italy, in many other countries in Europe and outside Europe such as US, Japan and China.

Azienda Agricola La Collina company is spread over thirty hectares of a planted with trees hill (vine 18 ha, olive 9 ha, pear–trees 3 ha) and for the most part are located in the municipality of Cartoceto and partly on that of Serrungarina, territories that can offer land, climate, exposures, fame and cultivars, optimal to constitute a "terroir"; as regards quality, and often taste, vital capacity of the environment given by the relation between man and nature.

We have been growing, for generations, the family business, since the early XIX century, dedicating to our 200 hectares cereal crops, olive oil and wine activities. All products of our company are the expression and fruit of our work, our passion and the high vocation of this wonderful land.

Azienda Agraria Fiorini

100 years of history linked to a founder. It was 1900 when Luigi Fiorini gave birth to the current body corporate. The company has always been open to dialogue, active and leading for methods and ways of farming. The company is going through a wide–ranging agricultural breath with more than 100 ha of land in the municipality of Barchi, adjacent to the territory of Urbino–Montefeltro. A hilly landscape 350 meters above sea level a few miles from the sea but already close to the green Apennine mountains. Viticulture is the beating heart of the company, all the attention is catalyzed by the vineyards and their wines: 42 hectares Bianchello, 2 hectares Sauvignon Blanc and 10 hectares Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Cabernet Sauvignon, are the wine heritage of the eight labels of the business, expression of the territoriality of these vines. The grape is the first feature characterizing the wines, and on the base of this philosophy it is transformed. Methods and ways of vinification, packaging and refinement have as main objective the respect of the fruit. The oil, produced in the seven hectares of property, is another important reality of business development, so that since October 2011 the mill of the company in itself has been active, located in the annexe of the Casa dei Campioli farm guesthouse.



Wines for tradition, passed down for generations. Three generations to mature certainties and experiences. Our wines are made in this way. Eight wines to give the floor to our lands. Luigi Fiorini in 1930 planted the idea and the first vineyard. Valentino Fiorini, an agronomist, has inherited the necessary instinct to do this job well, and planted in the right lands the right grape varieties, expanding the viticultural horizons of the company. Carla Fiorini, the most recent generation, has already gained this certainty and is living her father’s experience as treasures of life and professional wisdom.



The merit of Valentino Fiorini is surely to have made the company largest, that of his wife Silvana was to make it more welcoming and significant of the family history. Under the marketing direction of Mrs. Silvana the eight wine labels and the oil label which express the "genius loci" of these lands were created: the result of passion, territory and sun.
