Family business since the 19th century located in San Costanzo, the company was run with organic farming methods and raw materials are processed to have a broad basket of products including organic wines, oil, jams, canned vegetables and pasta. The company also has excellent accommodation offering with meals and overnight stay.
We are we doing
Azienda Agricola Bruscia company practices organic farming to respect nature and not pollute the environment. We take care of the vines carefully and carry out the pruning to control vegetation and eliminate excess bunches because for us, quality always comes before quantity!
Hand pick the red grapes and white grapes, in different phases, to center the optimum moment of maturation. Freshly harvested, the whole bunches are processed immediately in the Bruscia winery, using modern techniques of winemaking.
The wines are aged in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks and maturation takes place in a temperature–controlled environment, away from light, noise and vibration. The wines are then bottled in our company.
The wines are: Moleone, Stacciola, Pikler, Bellarosa, Spicél, Vincarét, Lubac, Balon and Pikler selection. The company also produces extra virgin olive oil of high quality, selecting the best olives.

Limited production, total respect to the nature and the adoption of a very high hygiene level allow to obtain products of high quality!
