Marche: from the vineyard to the table

Marche: from the vineyard to the table "We re-live together": 15 restaurants for 15 evenings with 35 wineries. Kicks off on September 16th

The restaurants of the Marche and the Region come together to celebrate the quality of local wines and products: a calendar of 15 convivial events aimed at enhancing the entire Marche food and wine chain.

In the restart phase of the Italian economy, the " Marche: from vineyard to table " project was born, strongly desired by the Marche Region with the aim of supporting companies in the quality regional wine sector with the involvement of catering , whose role has been slowed down , when not completely blocked, by the pandemic crisis. In the context of " Marche: from the vineyard to the table", Ri-Conviviamo is the name chosen by 15 restaurants to wish a return to the conviviality typical of this welcoming region. Enhance the supply chain and encourage its restart: with this objective, a calendar of tasting evenings open to the public has been designed, during which restaurateurs will offer the wines of 35 wineries involved and the best raw materials of the Marche region , highlighting their excellence through their dishes and matching labels. Ri-Conviviamo is therefore an invitation to restart, but also and above all a message of trust in the enormous potential of the territory , based precisely on tourism and hospitality. This is an initiative carried out with the active contribution of the Region, in favor of producers and restaurateurs in the Marche region. Below is the list of restaurants, with the dates on which the tasting evenings will be held respectively, with the list of wine producers participating in the initiative. Tour of Italy in 40 wineries

Traveling in Italy of wine with Wine Meridian.

The Italian Wine Tour starts, a journey by camper throughout the month of July, a 5000-kilometer wine route along the boot , which will visit 40 Italian wineries, in 14 different regions , under the banner of "Trust in the future of the Italian wine". 40 stories and 80 tastings to understand together with the protagonists how Italian wine is evolving and where it is going. “In the past three months we have thought a lot about the future of Italian wine and consequently also about ours. We have Thus, combining trust and love for the camper trip , the "Italian Wine Tour" project was born, a journey that will bring the two protagonists, together with their children Anna and Biagio, throughout the month of July in 40 cellars of our Country, in 14 different regions covering a distance of about 5000 kilometers . "Yes, you got it right, we decided to take a trip" explain Lavinia and Fabio, journalists and communication and training experts in the world of wine. “But not a trip like any other, a trip to our wine Italy . It seems to us the best way to witness two fundamental things for us: trust and relationships . Two fundamental elements that are perhaps the ones that most (all of them) missed those who have lived and are still partially living this dramatic experience of the pandemic ". A virus that has also affected some Italian wine companies that have had to face important losses in silence. All the production companies in the country have however been severely tested, them directly and also the numerous customers, starting with the restaurateurs who are perhaps one of the most affected categories in this difficult phase today. “For this reason, regaining trust and, consequently, relationships for us today appears to be the most tangible signal to turn the page, to go beyond Covid-19. It does not want to be an act of courage for its own sake. We do not consider ourselves brave or even less unconscious but we think that today more than ever it is essential to demonstrate the vitality of the world of wine ", say the two journalists. You can live the journey live, day by day, without filters, through the social channels of the magazine Wine Meridian: the Instagram stories will allow you to travel together with the cheerful "family of wine" living every moment of the day, Facebook instead will be there also an opportunity to share the first insights on the wines tasted, the life and entrepreneurial stories of the protagonists of the wineries visited. The articles and video interviews on the newspaper's website will allow you to go into more detail about the tour, with tales of territories, people, products that make Made in Italy an excellence in the world. "This experience will not only be ours, but yours and for everyone, and we know that there are many of us who love Italian wine and who have great confidence in its radiant future", conclude Lavinia and Fabio.
