Al Cacciatore Restaurant of Bortoli Paolo Antonio. From 1825 at the service of guests. For over seven generations run by the Agosti–Bortoli family. Cozy rooms, typical regional cuisine, from salami that are produced on their own, to homemade pasta dishes (bigoli with duck), meat dishes of fresh meat grilled, cooked in the oven or on a spit, to end up with desserts. El Fil restaurant is located in a old eighteenth–century stable adjacent to the Villa Monti. The restaurant consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is an arcade, recently closed with large windows, that faces a garden where you can dine even in winter. Upstairs there are two rooms, one for twenty and the other for seventy people. In summer you can eat in an elegant garden. The proposed appetizer is a buffet, where every guest can choose among more than twenty kinds of dishes. As pasta dishes, we offer seasonal homemade pasta. Recommended are “bigoli”, served in white accompanied by five different types of sauces, and spaghetti with lobster. As meat dishes, we offer grilled meats, rigorously cooked on the grill, including “tagliata”. Among the baked meat dishes, veal shank. Fish dishes: baked turbot with potatoes, olives and cherry tomatoes, seabass with salt and grilled prawns.
The restaurant is decorated in a modern style, consists of three rooms, one of which is dedicated to the entrance, one to the bar and the other to the restaurant, which can hold up to 150 people and is ideal for weddings and other important celebrations. It has a large garden available for photographs (eg. for weddings) with a porch suitable for your receptions, in which we can offer cocktails. The kitchen is distinguished by the attention that Chef Mario devotes to the purchase of products, always fresh and of the highest quality, fresh pasta, tasty pastries and careful preparation and presentation of all dishes. The traditional Venetian recipes are interpreted according to modern needs and to seasonal rhythms rekindled with creative hints. The quality craftsmanship and flexibility allow to prepare menus which are exclusively determined with the client following the seasonality of the products.
Conceived as an accommodation inn and stabling, today, in addition to the genuine courtesy and the attentive service by Lucio Biave and his wife Francesca Scarmaenani, in two rustic and comfortable rooms traditional dishes are offered. Among them, appetizing starters (Venetian sopressa with polenta, marinated salmon and salad with croutons, swordfish carpaccio with raw zucchini and Grana cheese), few but delicious first courses (Venetian pasta and beans, potato gnocchi with cream of shrimp and pesto, risotto with Soave Classico), succulent second courses (“alla Vicentina” codfish with polenta, veal bits with mushrooms and polenta, “alla scotta dito” lamb chops, salmon in puff pastry au gratin with truffles), cheese and, of course, the fine wine of the Soave lands.

Tavern in Faedo di Cinto Euganeo, in a privileged position among olive trees and vineyards. We can choose to eat in different environments: outdoor in the terrace or indoor on the glass–enclosed porch. The tavern can host 150 people.
All meats are homemade, such as soppressa, bacon, coppa, lard served on hot croutons. Even ham is worked in the house and meat comes from the pigs of the small family farm. As “first” courses you can try gnocchi, fettuccine, bigoli and risotto with seasonal herbs, or flavored with venison, quails or Tastatale: a kind of salami paste that is produced only in the period in which the animal is killed, ie from November to February.
The flagship of the “second” courses is the Fiorentina steak. Treated with all the care of the case: before putting it on the grill, it matures in a separate cell for a period of fortyfive days, so it will be delicious cooked to order.
There are many local dishes, such as the legendary Baccalà alla Vicentina that Pierluigi prepares deliciously with grilled polenta, donkey stew, Musso: a dish that we recommend you to try absolutely. Another curiosity is the wild boar coming straight from the hills, captured by the staff of the Regional Park to keep the population under control.
