Antica Osteria l'Agania

Antica Osteria Agania is a historic tavern in Arezzo, now in its Fourth Generation. There, you can taste the traditional dishes of the Arezzo tradition, such as home–made pasta with various sauces to match according to the season, like mushrooms in autumn, hare, wild boar or wild asparagus in June.

Azienda Agraria Miscianello

Miscianello is a small group of houses at 7 km from Siena, standing in the vineyards of the Chianti Classico.

The apartments offer a warm family atmosphere, with a fireplace, old country furniture, a small private garden open to the landscape.

In addition to the enjoyment of the inviting panoramic swimming pool, guests have the opportunity to taste, in the historic small winery, oil and wine, the two products of excellence in the house.

THE AGRITURISMO (FARMHOUSE INN), was and is an agricultural farm that has an activity (in this case we produce oil and wine), that owing abandoned buildings allocated them to accommodate guests.

Initially, the apartments were equipped with the necessary services for a monthly or weekly holiday, but they have been modernized since then. Tourists come to us to escape from the bustle of the city, to come into contact with nature, to rediscover the pleasure of seeing the stars, to listen to the sound of silence, the sound of animals, or to find out and see the animals themselves, or read a book under a tree, etc.. etc ... in short, to redo a step back in time in search of tranquility lost to taste again a genuine product, made as in the past, that varies every year, because the seasons vary every year and then every year give different products. When the product is always the same, one has to wonder: how is it possible?

Our Farmhouse Inn is a pioneer, opened its business in 1989, was and is so. Then fashion came, as well as those who have turned the Farmhouse Inn into a large supermarket where there is a restaurant, a hotel, a residence, a resort, a holiday house etc.. where there is confusion, there is noisy music, horses, cooking classes, saunas, massages, spa, many people, where you do everything, where you go to get tired and do, in effect, nothing. Where children are unleashed to the detriment of tranquility and so on. Where you seat at the table with a lot of people and confusion .... So you find, in a more uncomfortable way, what you left in the city.

Our apartments are equipped each with a kitchen – living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, fireplace and private garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining away from prying eyes. Privacy is a must, as well as silence, while pollution (acoustic, visual, atmospheric) is banned.

Bacco & la Volpe

From the old public slaughterhouse of the Town, this small Osteria was created, surrounded by the countryside of Livorno, but 10 minutes from the famous Castiglioncello. Silvia, the cook – sommelier – owner of the Bacco & La Volpe restaurant–wine bar perfectly complements her cuisine, based on Tuscan tradition, the flavors of wine, thanks to its diploma as a FISAR sommelier, with the friendliness of her welcome. A fascinating combination that goes together with the territory of the Tuscan hills, the countryside and its history. To rediscover the ancient flavors of the past accompanied by great wines, that the area has always produced, is the goal in the food and wine industry that Silvia is developing at Bacco & La Volpe in this beautiful adventure yet to be told.

The restaurant is managed by Chef Sergio, who has characterized the environment with ethnic touches and details of extreme frenzy. It offers the opportunity to host private parties and dinners with friends.
It serves customers dishes based on fresh seafood and typical Tuscan meats, as well as many pizzas of various different tastes.
We organize themed evenings, with excellent music, by DJ Danny Ross, and we accept the entry of small animals.
Corporate agreements and fixed–price menus are possible, with payment vouchers.

We are also specialized in the preparation of gluten–free dishes and delicious grilled meat.

Da Giovanna restaurant is located in the countryside and has a large veranda where, on request, you can eat outdoors.

Since 1990 Amedeo and his sister Fernanda have managed a characteristic venue that has preserved the genuineness and the territory’s traditions typical of a tavern in the countryside. They offer dishes that are never too elaborate and typically seasonal. The small and elegant lounges offer a suffused envitonment that certainly creates the atmosphere, while the winery hosts major labels for the best combinations that Fernanda, appreciated sommelier, will be able to advise.

Even the most demanding palates will be satisfied eating a lunch or dinner at the De’ Messeri Restaurant Osteria. The restaurant offers its guests a rich menu characterized by the most delicious dishes of the local cuisine of Siena.

The Pisa and Tuscany kitchens, genuine and tasty, present simple flavors of ancient origin, prepared with great skill. The main food is, with no doubt, bread, which is the basic element of many Tuscan recipes, such as Panzanella, a poor peasant dish, very simple, and Ribollita, in which the main ingredients are cooked vegetables, usually from the previous days, which are made boil all together with the addition of stale bread. Other typical dishes are Pisa soup, Pallette in Pisa style, Pappardelle with rabbit and stockfish in Pisa style.
