There are two rooms: the first, "Cantina Dorata", rustic and elegant, the second, "Sala Country", is friendly and informal, instead. Betty, a well–renowed painter, cooks personally, without the use of stock cubes, nor substitutes, nor cream, nor butter, and does not fry, putting on your table good and healthy dishes. Being pleased, he continued to go there bringing every now his friends who, since they ate really well and spent a little money, became regular customers. In this way, that small venue opened by Alberto Pepori from Galleno, a district of Fucecchio, became – it was already in 1926 – the meeting place for writers, artists and journalists.
