The new calendar of events will kick off on Monday, November 16th with the “Ribolla Gialla Orange Dinner,” an exclusive experience dedicated to macerated Ribolla Gialla and the many interpretations this extraordinary grape variety is capable of expressing.
More than a simple tasting dinner, the event aims to be a moment of exploration and discussion dedicated to one of the symbols of the Collio. During the evening, starting at 7:00 PM at Tenuta Stella, guests will be guided through four different interpretations of Ribolla Gialla, sharing the same varietal but characterized by different winemaking and aging methods. Steel, wood, amphora, and concrete will become the common threads of a journey that will bring together terroir, technique, and production sensibilities.
The tasting will feature Tenuta Stella's Ribolla Gialla Riserva, Tuzzi's Ribolla Gialla, Sylvmann's Amber Rebula, and Blazic's Ribolla Gialla, four wines selected to showcase the diverse expressive nuances of macerated Ribolla Gialla.
The wine tasting experience will be accompanied by a menu created by AB Osteria Contemporanea, offering a refined combination of flavors, textures, and aromas: from spiced coconut milk and vegetable soup to durum wheat gnocchi with bottarga, chickpeas, and grass peas, from pumpkin, mushroom, and goat's cheese lasagna to beef liver pâté with spiced grapes and brioche bread.
Located in Scriò, in the heart of the Collio area, Tenuta Stella bases its operations on the promotion of native Friulian grape varieties, sustainability, and respect for the ecosystem that surrounds its vineyards. This philosophy is also reflected in its winery events, designed as opportunities for producers, enthusiasts, and the local area to meet.
