FROM THE TRUFFLE GROUP TO THE SPA, AUTUMN BY LA GENISIA

A morning spent hunting for truffles, a glass of Classese Brut to celebrate Halloween, and a day that begins at the spa and ends in the winery. La Genisia , a cooperative in Codevilla, in the Oltrepò Pavese area, presents its autumn events , focusing on diverse experiences united by a common denominator: wine. These three special opportunities offer a glimpse into the winery's history.

" Pinot Noir & Tartufo La Genisia " is the result of a meeting between two leading figures in the Oltrepò Pavese food and wine scene. The experience begins in the truffle field, where participants can learn about the world of foraging for this precious tuber, and continues at the table with a truffle-themed lunch and a tasting of the winery's wines. The event is scheduled for Sunday, October 18th and Sunday, November 8th.

" Halloween La Genisia " transforms the cellar into a festive space for the little ones, with an afternoon of games and music. Organized in collaboration with Orti Sociali Voghera and PazzAnimazione, the event includes professional face painting with non-toxic paints, entertainment, themed games, and "haunted" choreography with baby dance. Finally, candy and fruit juice for all the children.

The festival is scheduled for Saturday, October 31st, from 4 to 6 p.m., and adults will also be able to participate, with a glass of Classese Brut and tastings of products from the Voghera Social Gardens. It will also be possible to purchase locally sourced specialties directly from the winery, allowing you to take home a taste of local produce.

Finally, " Relax with Genisia " is a new Experience, created in collaboration with the nearby Terme di Rivanazzano, which includes three hours of access to the spa, including a pool with chromotherapy, hydromassage, neck massage waterfalls, sauna, and Turkish bath. A kit with a bathrobe, towel, cap, and slippers, as well as body care products, is included.

The second half of the day is dedicated to wine. At the La Genisia winery in Codevilla, a tour introduces a tasting of Classese Brut and Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine , accompanied by a platter of local products. From water to wine, the tour alternates the pleasure of relaxation with the discovery of the wines and flavors of Oltrepò Pavese, allowing you to enjoy a day away from the hustle and bustle.
