Azienda Agricola De Bartoli Marco

25 hectares of vines, Marco and his sons, produce about 100,000 bottles per year, including the Marsala Superiore DOC Reserve and the sweet Vigna La Miccia, as well as the sweet Inzolia of Samperi, not classified. Marco also produces Bukkuram, a Moscato di Pantelleria Wine that has contributed much to the new rise of that sweet wine. Marco was for a time president of the Regional Institute of Wine and Vine, a role that gave ​​him the difficult task of trying to be diplomatic and conventional. He did not always managed, which explains why an ambiguous legal action was brought against him, that blocked part of his production for years, until recently, when he was acquitted of all charges.

Feudo Ramaddini

Feudo Ramaddini was born in 2003 out of the determination and will of its founders, Carlo Scollo and Francesco Ristuccia, who were already highly committed in their greenhouse nursery firms to giving new value to the products of this corner of the island of Sicily. They were determined to carry on the history of wine production in Sicily and to renew and extend the market, finding new solutions which are the result of research and innovation.

Tasca d'Almerita

Tasca d’Almerita now cultivates about 600 hectares of vineyards and enhances the fruit distributing it over the four continents of the world. It welcomes with dedication the guests of two of the most beautiful Resorts in Sicily and enhances each of the five Estates of the company. More than seventy men in the company, along with 200 others who follow the pace of the seasons on the five estates, with the dedication of those who have been doing it for many years. Tasca d’Almerita is not in a hurry. Because to respect the cultivated land means giving it the time of breath, which is not as fast as the human one. Because to offer hospitality in charming places means to gain the Oriental respect of the times of man and of the earth.
Over the past decade Tasca acquired the Estate of Capofaro in Salina in the Aeolian Islands, intersecting the production of Malvasia with the hospitality of the Resort. It has decided to plant also on Etna, with the Tascante project, and has expanded its action also on Marsala in joint venture with the Whitaker Foundation and on Monreale, with Sallier de La Tour. New ways of organizing the making of Made in Sicily products, not only with the full control of the supply chain, but with the cooperation of other entrepreneurs. A modern history especially of men, conducted with a large temporal vision.
