The portfolio includes companies such as Salvaterra , Cinque Segni and Progetti Agricoli , alongside direct commercial structures in the key markets of the USA, UK and China . The group aims to close 2025 with more than 23 million bottles sold, thanks to new acquisitions in advanced stages and the entry into the spirits segment , which marks an important extension of the scope of action.
Leading this phase of evolution since the beginning of June is Francesco Domini as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the group. Domini coordinates the entire operational chain, with direct responsibility for procurement, product development, supply chain and industrial synergies between the subsidiaries. His entry strengthens the managerial structure of Veraison Group with an expert and transversal vision: with over twenty-five years of experience in the sector, he has held top roles in companies such as Antinori and Leone Alato , helping to build growth strategies on a national and international scale.
