Simonit&Sirch Method: The University of Navarra validates with a scientific study the benefits of gentle pruning of vines

This cutting technique was developed by Marco Simonit and Pierpaolo Sirch, the Vine Master Pruners, and is for this reason called the Simonit&Sirch Method .

The research results were presented by Prof. Luis Gonzaga Santesteban at the Terclimpro conference, held on 18 and 19 February in Bordeaux .
