MEETINGS ON THE INTERNET CONTINUE TO STRENGTHEN MARKETING, COMMUNICATION AND EXPORT SKILLS.

The "Sicilia Doc Academy" records a more than positive balance after the first three seminars organized for the companies of the DOC Sicilia wines in order to provide useful skills to react to the economic consequences determined by Coronavirus and as part of a general lifelong learning path of the regional wine system.

The in-depth analysis of the "Sicilia Doc Academy", promoted by the Consorzio di Tutela Vini Doc Sicilia, was followed by numerous marketing, communication, management, export and other sectors of the Doc Sicilia companies.

"The Sicilia Doc Academy is just one of the measures adopted by the Doc Sicilia wine protection consortium to help companies cope with this moment of difficulty" said President Antonio Rallo, presenting the initiative. "We are making available to producers of Doc Sicilia the skills and experiences of those who work in sectors that are increasingly strategic for the world of wine".

The first three seminars (you can follow them on the "Zoom" internet platform), were dedicated to marketing and digital strategies, communication on social media, and customer loyalty practices by companies. The "Sicilia Doc Academy" has six other events scheduled until April 28, 2020.

A series of questions related to specific insights related to wine sector. The seminars were moderated by Giovanni Battista Ficani, general coordinator of the Consortium's strategic plan.
