The call for applications for the Wine Business Program 2025 is officially open, the training course promoted by the Consorzio Italia del Vino in collaboration with Luiss Business School and dedicated to young talents interested in pursuing a career in the wine sector.
The program is intended for graduates and undergraduates (bachelor's or master's degrees) with a strong motivation towards the agri-food and wine sector. The goal is to train the new generation of professionals through an intensive, multidisciplinary and fully funded experience. The course, entirely in English, is reserved for a maximum of 20 participants and aims to facilitate entry into the world of work thanks to the support of a solid network of companies in the sector. All educational activities and the internship, as well as accommodation expenses, are fully funded by the Consorzio Italia del Vino .
Applications must be submitted exclusively online no later than June 11, 2025 through the link available here: https://businessschool.luiss.it/news/wine-business-program-luiss-business-school-e-consorzio-italia-del-vino-insieme-per-i-futuri-manager-del-vino-pubblicato-il-bando-di-selezione/ . The candidate must also attach an updated curriculum vitae, a copy of an identity document, a copy (or self-certification) of the qualification and any relevant certifications or attestations.
The selections will be handled by a Technical-Scientific Commission composed of professors and professionals in the sector who will evaluate the profiles on the basis of the curriculum, the relevance of the studies, any previous experience in the sector and a motivational interview (also in English).

The project was born with the aim of enriching the educational background of graduates and undergraduates, offering an immersive and concrete experience in close contact with the business world”.
The Wine Business Program 2025 will last approximately nine months, divided into three main phases. From September to December 2025, classroom training : 37 full immersion days in the prestigious Luiss Business School headquarters in Villa Blanc, Rome. Among the topics covered: wine economics, marketing and export, digitalization, sustainability, leadership and project management. The program also includes practical exercises, guided tastings and laboratory activities.
The lessons will be followed by a curricular internship between January and March 2026. An experience in the field, in one of the companies belonging to the Consorzio Italia del Vino, with the aim of translating the skills acquired into real and professional contexts.
The course will conclude with a project work : each participant will be asked to develop an applied project, to be presented to the Technical-Scientific Commission on the occasion of the Graduation Day (April 2026).
At the end, upon completion of the training course and the final project work, an official certificate of participation will be issued by the Luiss Business School. The most deserving candidates will be able to receive a proposal for a fixed-term contract in one of the Consortium's partner companies.
