Throughout the region a full calendar of events starting from September: three levels with 40 total courses, 18 online training cycles and 22 face-to-face.

A formula already consolidated in recent months that will continue in all the provinces of the region , with new courses starting in September.
The didactic proposal becomes more and more flexible and accessible : the online courses are designed to optimize time without sacrificing the quality of training, which has always distinguished AIS, combining the charm of live tastings with the advantages of distance learning. In fact, for all courses, in addition to online meetings, there are also appointments in the room where you can put into practice the concepts learned with the guided tastings. Not only that: the teaching material will be delivered directly to the address indicated by each student.
In the first level courses it will be possible to study elements of viticulture, enology and service that represent the basis of the Sommelier profession, starting from the correct pouring temperature of the wines up to the organization and management of the cellar. All this is constantly accompanied by theoretical and practical tests on the tasting technique .
The second level examines the most important Italian and foreign wine-growing areas and allows us to grasp the indissoluble link between wine and territory. The constant improvement of the tasting technique thus becomes a distinctive element to appreciate every single nuance and express a professional and objective judgment.
In the third level, also available online for the first time , the technique of food tasting and its pairing with wine is dealt with through tasting tests with the different types of foods and preparations that will be held on the occasion of four real dinners at the restaurant.
Another important novelty in the world of AIS Veneto is the change of the regional headquarters , which in Montebelluna (TV) moves to via Dino Buzzati: a larger and more functional room will be able to accommodate tastings and presentations, as well as numerous other services.
