Conceived by Alessia Cipolla, architect and founder of La Construction del Gusto, from Treviso adoption, Note di lunches takes its name from the definition of the great gastronome and writer Pellegrino Artusi (1820-1911) to the "bills of lunches" in his timeless book Science in the kitchen and the art of eating well (1891).
